Was told this has free parking for up to 15 mins yet that’s not the case. I don’t want to pay money just to run inside grab something and come back out.

This place is unsecure and break-ins happen regularly. They won't do anything to stop it nor will they share security footage with you if that does happen.
They security "captain" (lol) is an arrogant woman with a nasty attitude who will not help with a thing. The security "director" is an even bigger joke. They're both ineffective and useless. They did absolutely NOTHING when my car was damaged on their property. These people just show up to get paid and that's it.
If you have a nice car, stay away from here. They don't care about keeping your car secure. They do the bare minimum of having security guards for show but it amounts to nothing.
My wheels were stolen and my car was broken into twice in two months. The security team never got back to me and it seems that the garage is just there to collect money. This place is a big joke.

You can find parking at any time, but if you book through spothero, be careful it will not take you to the right place. Search this place directly.

Expensive. Hard to reach. Conveniently located for the mall. We parked for marathon.

Great monthly rates. Close to the light rail and Newport Path. Literally next to Holland Tunnel. Nice access to Newport Centre.
