As stated below, I can be very understanding to unforeseen circumstances including all that you listed (although I was only informed of issues with parking/being unable to get ahold of drivers). My complaint was the lack of communication. I learned of everything through multiple calls that I made, as NO ONE reached out to me to inform me of my delivery. I was very kind on each call I made and also clarified how understanding I was on the phone call (which I assume you remember since you’re the person I spoke with).
To reiterate: I do not recommend this company. As you can see by their response to this review + other negative reviews, they lack communication and accountability for their faults. Not once did I receive an apology, instead they’ve chosen to deflect.
Action steps for the company: Moving forward, I recommend keeping customers in the loop when their orders may be off track which could even be generated through a mass email. Including an apology may be helpful as that demonstrates ownership on behalf of a company providing a service.

TLDR: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible communication and inconsiderate to customers. I want a refund.
Concern #1: I placed an order for delivery for Valentine’s Day. I understand it was a busy holiday and waited patiently for notification of delivery. By 5pm I heard nothing. I called and attempted to get an update and was told that they haven’t been able to get a hold of their delivery drivers but were going to try to reach out again.
Concern #2: By 8pm there was still no delivery and when I checked, they closed at 6pm. NO ONE said anything to me about my order not being able to be delivered. The next morning I called as I still haven’t heard anything from them about my order. I was told there were issues for their drivers to park for deliveries and if I still want my order to go out. I told them yes and they shared they’d have it delivered that morning. If I hadn’t reached out I wouldn’t have heard anything from them and they would’ve just taken my money.
Concern #3: Come 2pm there still wasn’t a delivery made. I call AGAIN and was told the driver would be there in 10, the driver didn’t arrive for another 45 minutes.
I can be understanding to unforeseen circumstances, however, the lack of communication and regard for me as a customer is extremely upsetting. I wish I could get my money back as this is not at all what I expect from a business.
Even if you are in a time crunch - go somewhere else.

I loved everything about this bouquet i ordered as a gift! Price was unbeatable for what you can get. They delivered it in less then 3 hours. The flowers were fresh and well placed. Delivery was smooth and they followed instructions. Overall 10/10. Thank you so much for helping me bring a smile to someone’s face <3

My daughter wanted to have a detail with me so she ordered online, she lives in Austin, TX and I here in Jersey wanted it to be a surprise but thanks to this flower shop whose online and delivery service is crap, it was ruined, thank you for ruining my surprise and for Varying their customer service is rubbish, their workers apparently don't pay them enough to be a good service, terrible service, I would never return

So I am going to leave a review here for Flowernow. It seems that Cappelletti florist is a location Flowernow. Growing up in Union City, this florist was always a go-to for special occasions, prom, Valentine's Day, Mother's day& and just purchasing flowers for decorations.Wanted to send flowers to Mom from a local florist. Called & had wonderful service. I described the arrangement I wanted & was able to select the delivery date. Upon arrival, the balloon was missing. I sent a quick message in my review & was sent an apology & a credit. Wonderful customer service. ( it was hot that day & the driver did notify the owners of a few balloons popping). I will definitely call them again for local family & friends.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Ordered Valentines Day flowers and they never came. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. I am not even sure it is legitimate. Very likely a SCAM. Go somewhere else.

I ordered the Premium Halcyon Heart arrangement (~$75) as sympathy flowers for a friend. The website describes the arrangement as: "Lilies, roses, lisianthus, and more - all in shades of creamy white - are elegantly arranged in a large bubble bowl." My friend received a horrendously put together arrangement of a few lilies, roses, and tons of carnations! I was so disappointed that I called the florist to request a new arrangement be sent out. I explicitly asked that the arrangement look exactly like the photos and the description on the website. Unfortunately, the second bouquet wasn't any better and it definitely didn't look like the photos on the website.1/26/2022 Update to the review above: I am updating my review after the business owner responded to my review above. I do not appreciate the business accusing me of lying or being dishonest. I am an attorney and will not accept slanderous comments made. The pictures speak for themselves. Why would the recipient "roughly unpack" the flowers? It barely arrived in any packaging. If there was nothing wrong with the flowers why did the business send replacement flowers (and they took the original bouquet back)? As I mentioned, the first bouquet was not as pictured and neither was the replacement delivery. However, the replacement delivery was much better than the original bouquet.It is completely inappropriate and unacceptable for you to falsely accuse your paying customers of being dishonest and lying. You need to take responsibility for the shoddy end-product and move on.
