Terrible experience. I asked for the oil change price over the phone with the exact model number. I confirmed it twice. When I got to the shop, the mechanic quoted $20 more and the billing lady was also surprised. I told the mechanic that these are their published rates and he said, either it pay that much or I will not change the oil for your car. Stay away from this scam.

I live on the same block as these thieves, and I would drive 200 miles before I ever use them for anything! That’s how bad they are . On top of that They are the rude annd unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. I asked the guy to please check my cooler to make sure I had enough water bc my car was beeping . He dismissed me said yeah everything is fine. Two days later my car goes up and smoke. I could’ve saved myself so much money had this idiot done his job correctly. F this place. This place would hirer anybody clearly no experience is needed bc these guys have no clue what they’re doing

I’m so happy we live near this place. Easy and quick. I love that we don’t need an appointment and it’s awesome they are open Sundays. I think the people rating it one star should give it another chance (or maybe I’ll end up changing my mind).

Don’t go here, literal scam artists. I took my car here for an oil change and when I was there asked them to check the air in my tires which was included in the service. The next day my tire pressure light came on. I called and asked if I could come back to have my tires filled, they said yes no problem. When I went back they told me it was $5, even after telling me to come back. They looked at my receipt and told me “it says we checked it” even though my tire when I came back was on 19 pounds. So rude never going back.

If I could give 1 star I would. I've been a new customer for all about 1 year. I've come to this place 3 times each time getting over 300$ in service each time. I came back today to get me returning oil change.I was refused service because of my hood. My hood has been this way for the last 3 visits I made no problem taking my money and working on the car this time the manager alonso decided that because your company was seued years ago this time they can't work on my car. Normally that wouldn't matter to me I'll go somewhere else.But for me to have spent $900 in theLast year for my oil changes at this place shows me that lack of care for customer service from this person.My oil change is 90dollars by the way. It would have taken 10 visits from me to get value of my 3 visits I Gave. I now will say you lost a new customer. After 3 visits for bad decision making.

Worst oil change service that I ever had in my life the Mechanic dude was rude no professionalism and the receptionist never get off the phone. I hope they will change their staff and be more professional. They changed my oil and less than 3 months my car requested an oil change Personally I’ll never go back to Flash Lube for any oil change

First time here but staff was very friendly and quick. Came in for oil change and they filled my tires for me when I mentioned they were low.
