sent him a 2002 bmw to change the clutch on it. when I got it back it didnt go in to 2nd gear at all. he said the car is old that's why. I seen him work on other cars, when he gets frustrated about a bolt that doesnt come out , he will break it off. Not a good mechanic. Sucks very bad.

Moved to Rockport Maine 7 years ago and got lucky finding a new mechanic along with his lobster fishermen friends, but still miss Doug's Auto Repair--Frank is the best and knows what he's doing. Never had a problem with my car that he couldn't fix Mickey R.

V.I.P. is not worth your $. I took it on the off chance that my car would get the VIP" treatment but it didn't. There was a lady who came before me and was complaining of many things, pointing out spots and making a big deal of it. Uh-oh, I said. This doesn't look good. I was impressed with the pressure wash etc., but when it came out, there's only one guy who did the final wipe and didn't do a very good job of it. I had to point out a lot of spots missed. I had to get my own cloth to wipe some off. But when I got home, there were still spots that were missed. 2 stars for the pressure wash. Otherwise, it was not a very VIP experience at all :(

This place has been sold and under new ,management. per my original post in 2016 , It is now 2019 , I decided to give it a try ..Sorry to say ...NO CHANGE .. there are less people working and the wait time in line is excessive (over 15-20 minutes), there is only 1 guy vacuuming and only 2 guys drying..missing spots, I saw 4 customers before me pointing out wet spots the workers missed ..Check the inner door panels because they may be still dripping water ...the "VIP" treatment is $24.95 (inside, dash board and outside) and to me? definitely NOT worth it. Now I really mean it , I won't be going back

My block is being worked on so my car is was covered in dust. I went to this so called car wash because it open at 7:00. I normally go to Hoboken car wash. They did not clean my car. I had to go get the guy to clean the window because the line of dirt on side of the window was still there. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will pay twice.

Terrible . Overpriced. Car still looks dirty. I don't recommend this place to anyone . I gave it a try because I see it packed always and it's close. Never again!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!! It's an old unit and it will break your mirror and they have a little sign that states that they are not responsible for your repair! I suggest you use a Hand Car Wash.... Unless you wanna pay $75 bucks to repair your driver side mirror. Don't waste your time or money. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!! If you don't believe me Look at the sign before you go threw that dinosaur of a machine.

This will certainly be the last $25.00 car wash in this place even though I live in the neighborhood. My car was almost as dirty as when I got there. Paid extra for interior armor- all and all I got were streaks where they wiped. Some places weren't even touched. Open the doors to find they only wiped halfway. Never cleaned the inside front window. Dirt and bird droppings still on hood and doors. The rain can do a better job.
