Bad customer service, very rude from a female African american staff

Visiting this location today , I asked to print out cards, the lady tells me “I cannot print out small cards it has To be full size” i then proceed to call the store to ask and another lady tells me “Yes you can print out cards for the size you want at this location “ . . . Not understanding why one person would tell me one thing and another person would tell me something else. Everytime I come to this location it’s lack of service here

I used to be happy to come here and pay more, because I was always met with helpful and friendly customer service people who took care of everything for me. They've changed. Now they charge you a dollar to put a strip of tape on a box, and are rude when you complain about it. If I want to get nickel-and-dimed by surly staff I'll go to USPS.

I visited this location today. The self-service printer was out of order, so I approached the staff. Unfortunately, they didn't let me use one of their computers (where you pay by the time) for printing. The only option was for them to handle the printing, and shockingly, they charged me 40 dollars for a 30-page document. On top of that, the service was extremely slow.

NEVER GO HERE!The female employees who worked didn't even say their names because they knew they were being rude. They are lazy and have no regard for their jobs.Tried to cancel a payment, and they double charged me.I've been here a dozen times in the past. A whole new crew, rude, disrespectful, and absolutely cold people working here.No respect, no class, and no regard for compassion. The worst attitudes and the worst service ever, never going back

My experience has not always been great in the past. Today was pleasant and helpful therefore prompting me to leave a review. Tatiana gets 5 stars from me, thanks for your help, you keep doing you. The person helping me with my package was swift as well, though I didn’t get her name. I deducted a star for past experiences. Hopefully going forward will get continued great service.

Working the front desk, Marcus exuded the highest level of professionalism and patience with me as I stumbled through my phone trying to find the right shipping information for him. He was simultaneously directing other customers to meet their needs as well. Never once was I rushed or felt as though I was an inconvenience - amazing customer service!

Not a very friendly staff. They are more interested in talking to each other than servicing their customers. Will look for other options with shipping before I decide whether or not to ship with FedEx in the foreseeable future.

I found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance from two different staff members I was made to feel as though I was a bother instead of a customer.

"Get rid of Diamond" Dealing with my own needs were great. Shipping was fast an easy the, person who helped me was great. He immediately addressed me as I approached the counter and we got what I needed for my company shipping done fast. It was another woman (I believe her name was Diamond) that made my visit distasteful. The way she was speaking to the other employees was actually disgusting... In today's workforce letting someone get away with speaking to other employees like that is a joke. She was yelling at the workers like she was the GM of the store demanding them to do some task as she walked out. I dont know if she's a manager, but she should never have an opportunity to hold any position managing people. If I worked at that store and got spoke to like that from a fellow employee and no one addressed it, I would quit. Here's some advice get rid of that woman because based on the facial expressions of the rest of your employees they're working in a hostile environment when that Diamond woman is around and you may find yourself with very high attrition. As a customer if she directly had anything to do with me I would have walked out.

Extremely slow service! Two of the ladies were both too busy taking care of a single customer while 4 of us waited in line with multiple pacakages. Thank you young man who was busy packaging shipments for leaving your busy station, acknowledging us, and taking care of those of us standing in line.

Slow service, but it's whatever. The girl charged me $1 for tape because my tape wasn't good enough. I was genuinely so shook, my label was taped down and the package was sealed shut. My local FedEx location usually offer it up for free because I'm there a lot or because they're cool. Sucks they can't grab one of the three tape dispensers next to you to help. Is one strip of tape really hurting Fedex, I guess they're just following protocol, but damn, so stingy.

Terrible, unprofessional service all around. Employees are slow, lazy, and disrespectful (especially the supervisor). Fedex is typically fast and efficient, but this store was anything but.
