I will never give this place any stars. the store manager, whose name is NaivI is so rude to customers.(and it's not just me, I spoke to someone else at the store and they agreed with me) She acts as though she owns the place, but all she has done is cause the store to lose business. It's a shame that they employ someone who has no idea of what it is to be of assistance or courteous to customers, at a place that's supposed to provide help to people who are aged or injured...... she is of no help at all. She goes out of her way to be nasty, rude and disrespectful to customers. Hopefully this review will have the owners pay a little more attention to what goes on at their store.

Gail is rude, not friendly, or considerate. I wouldn't recommend supporting her or her business.... maybe she can take the attitude out of it and try to realize she's dealing with people....

I am a double leg amputee BTK. Three years ago I bought a power scooter, a Phoenix HD4, from Vidacura, an online outfit in Florida that offered me a 5-year warranty as a come-on. A month ago the scooter died on me. Did Vidacura honor their warranty? No, they opted out with a partial refund, but that's another story. The real problem is, what do I do know? Without the scooter, life is very difficult for me. Through a friend I was referred to Family Medical. They picked up the scooter at my home, looked it over and at first, Larry, the mechanic, told me the machine was shot, it would cost me thousands to repair if I could get it to work at all, and the best move is to just throw it away. I told him to junk it. End of story? Nope, far from it. A few days later Larry called me with good news: he FIXED the scooter. No charge. Apparently it was a bad battery connection. I have been happily driving my scooter for 3 days now. Long story short, I am back in business and Family Medical has earned a loyal customer for life.

Wow the lady did not measure her knee circumference for the proper size ! Now the knee brace feels thighs.she did not explain how the hinges should be aligned with the prominent bones on each side of the knee. It’s like she was bothered we where there - not friendly at all really bad experience!! Now she doesn’t know if it’s restricting circulation .that Spanish lady is the worst !!!
