This company stopped on the road in my private gated community with their blinker signaling they were pulling over the to the right. I passed them slowly. They then proceeded to pull in front of my house after I parked and two of them in the truck (one of which claimed to be the owner) yelled and cursed at me. The truck was dirty and looked in disrepair. This is a terrible company. You have been warned!

The entire team at Entourage made my 11/15 cross country move stress free. Blake, coordinator, & movers were very professional. The price was great. In fact, I'm moving again and hope they are available.

Blake lied about the flat rate. The actual movers are not apart of the company. I ended up paying almost 3000 instead of 1100 as I was told. The guy Terry try to force me to pay tip and got really angry to the point it scared me. They ended up stealing a desk top computer, tv and they never gave me my sofa cushion. I am upset about the computer because it had my daughter baby pics. This move was hard for Mr be use I was pregnant. I am really angry about it

They will suck you in with a great sales pitch and a low quote and then tell you that you must have misunderstood when in it's time to pay the bill. They were supposed to be at my apartment between 2 and 5 but showed up after midnight. I had no option other than to let them go ahead and move my stuff and annoy my neighbors because I had to catch an early flight. When I tried to get info. from the office, the phones were rarely answered. Then, when I actually got someone on the phone they were rude and condescending. My stuff arrived two weeks later than promised. I have never been treated by any service company as rudely as Entourage.

THEY DESERVE LESS THAN ONE STAR. THE MOST HORRIBLE BUSINESS ON EARTH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. if you don't believe me, and you think that the price sounds reasonable, you'll see when you're missing thousands of dollars of items.
They were around 7 days late picking up my things and almost impossible to contact. During the trip they told me they locked their keys in the truck and that the truck broke down on two separate occasions. I called weekly for updates and no one answered the phone. When they did pick up I got BS excuses. They were another week late dropping the things off. They also lost 5 of my couch cushions rendering the whole Lay Z Boy set useless. They lost 100's of dollars worth of my snowboarding equipment and vacuum cleaner. The company and I came to an agreement on the fair value of the couches (and my other missing items) and I was told i would be refunded about 30% of the entire move. They said they would be mailing the check out in 14-21 days. WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW..... TWO MONTHS LATER AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A REIMBURSEMENT CHECK!!! GO FIGURE. Do yourself a favor, don't even give this company a thought.

I decided to give these guys a try even though there were many negative reviews. BIG MISTAKE!! I didn't want to spend a lot of money and Entourage gave me the best quote from a very glib salesman. HOWEVER after they had my money , that was the end of their cooperation. (I have to say that the gal who answers the phone there is the only honest and caring employee they have. She went out of her way trying to help resolve problems.) But, they were hours late making the pickup, made additional unwarranted charges that have never been refunded after repeated requests, were WEEKS late delivering the furniture and tried to get $350 more saying their truck could not make the drive to my house. (Thank goodness my husband stood up to them and said that is a school bus could get here so could they!) But the worst is the condition of my shipment. It was if they threw the things around for fun, or let an elephant share the truck with my things. Two dining room chairs were damaged, with one of the legs completely and cleanly sheared off at an angle in the middle where there had been no seam. The table was scratched in two locations. When I called them about all these damages I was offered $57. Fixing the furniture is costing me over $1000. I contacted the Better Business Bureau with my complaint and they said they could do nothing but that this was a rogue company and anyone who is looking to move their goods with this company should contact them. They have scores of complaints. SO...........if you use these people it is your own fault when you are dissatisfied. If you don't believe me, call the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey at 609-588-0808. The few hundred dollars you save will be spent and MORE repairing the things they have broken.

I don't think words can express how horrible this morning company is. I originally left a positive review (not because the experience was particularly good but mostly because I thought that they would actually be good to me if I was to them. So Michael/Blake/whatever he goes by now because he keeps pissing people off and changing his name when he goes too far. Well he sold me a great plan. I was the person who literally called constantly with questions and he reassured me that according to the information I provided it should not increase any higher than the estimate (but to keep an extra hundred lying around). I mention the fact That I was in a walk up with a lot of stairs. It's on the fourth floor so I took extra care to make sure that was included. One of the many times I called about the stairs, I got in touch with Pam (their receptionist) and she send Michael/Blake an email, only she accidentally sent it to me first (and I still have it saved) where she wrote to him about how I want to make sure the stairs are included. I also got in contact with him directly a couple times double and triple checking to make sure everything was on there. He assured me it was. Well moving day comes, the movers start taking my heavy boxes down a few flights and then I get word that my rate is increasing by about $600-$700 overall because of the steps. Well at this point (and it seems whenever issues came up) Michael/Blake became completely unreachable by phone and Pam said that she didn't know what to tell me. Then when it came time to move in, I was given a Tuesday/Wednesday move in. Well Wednesday afternoon came and still no call, I got in touch with Pam who put me in touch with some truck driver who had nothing to do with my stuff, so that was a waste of time. So then came the day of looking for it. Then they found it, and I was told Friday Saturday. Well on Saturday evening, the truck driver who actually had my stuff said that they just told him he had to deliver it. He was in Florida but was taking a flight the next day (Sunday). The driver called on Sunday to say he got to the truck and the keys are locked in the morning till Monday. He said that he would be here Monday at 1 in the afternoon (or around there). He shows up at 7am. Luckily, not too much was broken, and they only lost one of my night stands (to which the driver replied casually, yea, if ill see it I'll drop it off. Not a good answer but I was so happy to be done with them. Now I will say Pam was helpful in that she was the one who called me telling me all the days my stuff might come. My only issue I had with her was that she stopped answering the phone on me. It got to a point where I would have to call her repeatedly to get her to answer and one time When she did, she picked up and actually yelled at me to stop calling because the "day wasn't about me". Well when I've spend almost 2,000 dollars for my stuff to be delivered and you are hanging up the phone to avoid answering me and you don't have any clue who even has my stuff, I think I have a right to make things about me. I was going to leave a positive review because a company like this needs something positive being said about them, but they really aren't worth it. I genuinely feel taken advantage of by these people. I don't really want to call it a company because honestly, even after using them, I'm still not sure they are a real company or a couple con artists with a truck. I will definitely be filing further complaints with the BBB, and any other moving truck forums to spread the word. And I hope they are reading this because If I don't get that other nightstand back at a time that is convenient for me, I will be contacting the bank to look into canceling the deposit charge. These people are smart crooks, they insist on cash payments because they know that they are going to screw up!

I never had to move my stuff cross-country before, so I didn't know what to expect. I read reviews about many different relocation/moving companies beforehand. Movers: The movers were fast, and loaded their truck in a timely matter. (One of them was smoking though when they first arrived, which I didn't think was very professional.) They did make sure that everything was wrapped in blankets. Some boxes were a little crushed, but nothing was damaged inside. Price: The overall price was fair. It was a little higher than I was quoted at first, but I realize that was because I decided to load more things into the truck. The final price does depend on the weight of the load you are shipping. Customer service: I kept in contact with the customer service, which helped relieve my mind a little. They kept me up-to-date about the timeline. Overall: I would probably use them again if I moved cross-country (that won't happen for a very long time though). I would recommend Entourage Moving for your next move.

Very unreliable and incompetent. I had booked a move with Entourage the beginning of this month. They had scheduled my move for the 25th of this month (Monday). The logistics manager had called on Friday the 22nd to confirm my appointment for the 25th so everything seemed legitimate. We had a snowstorm that had caused delays in the northeast, however, I got no communication from them that they would be delayed on Monday the 25th until I called at 3:30 PM to find out they were not coming that day. What was more frustrating was the manager I was talking to kept talking over me and not giving me a chance to talk. I had asked them then when was the soonest they could move since the 25th was my confirmed date (everything is in my invoice order composed in an email) and I was attempting to get to my new location, sign my lease, and get everything together before my new job on Monday the 1st.

My rating is lower than one star. From the beginning of this process when the movers showed up two days after the arranged time (30th instead of the agreed upon 28th), things have been more or less like a free fall Whatever happens happens. I received different drop off times. I've physically relocated to my new home Jan. 1 and have been waiting for my things to get here. As for Blake, please know that you have not experienced the worst client in ten years in this business yet!

These guys shouldn't be in business. I've never dealt with such an incompetent company before. They were 6hrs late picking up, never gave me estimated delivery dates (delivered over 1 month after pick up), they never answer their phones or return calls (after leaving several voicemails), incredibly rude staff (Jennifer in customer service hung up on me as I was speaking), gave me the wrong delivery date (I had to tell them when my stuff was being delivered after I spoke to the driver), and they lost 1 of my furniture items. True nightmare.

Put my household items up for bid from several moving companies. Blake called me and told me bids from other trucking companies were unrealistic and I should "date" and "go out to dinner" with any trucker who will love my personal items for the price quoted. Hung up when my husband picked up the phone to explain he didn't appreciate how I was being treated.

Super rude, questioned everything I said, kept calling me by a different name. These guys are jerks. Blake ended up hanging up on me when I asked to speak to his boss. I guess he's a boss? Wouldn't use trash like this if they were the last company on the east coast.
