This store needs to really be shut down!!! I’m so angry, my boyfriend ordered me a Valentines Day bouquet to arrive same day of Valentines Day. Still today I haven’t received anything and we have been calling and they don’t answer. We have tried emailing them and get no response. The day of Valentine’s Day it was saying it would arrive the next day and then next morning all of a sudden it said delivered. Huh? Nothing was delivered here I’ve ordered from other places and they usually call you to make the delivery and they also take a picture of where they leave it too. But no I never received none of that. This place will see my face tomorrow and I will get my damn money. Shut this damn garbage place down

If i could give it a 0 star then i would but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rate, Ive ordered from Edible Arrangements plenty of times , and precisely this location and never had an issue until valentine’s day.. I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and was set to get picked up at 5pm when i got there my order was not ready and i understand it’s valentine’s day its busy that was not an issue..my issue was when my mother video called me to show me the quality of the strawberries..so we get charged $59+ for these type of strawberries?! Some are the size of a raspberry, and MAJORITY of them was barely even covered in chocolate ..this was definitely not worth the price, when i called i got absolutely no answer until the next day..they told me they will re deliver a brand new order.. all day Thursday waited and NOTHING, called and NOTHING!.Friday morning i called an a male answered i told them i just wanted my money back because this was ridiculous and i am not going to sit around for another order ..when i told the male i wanted to speak to the manager he told me “i will have them call you back” its Saturday and im still waiting , also who ever this male was was extremely RUDE ..when i told him i kept calling and no one answers he had the nerve to say “I answered now didn’t i?”..anyways please always make sure to check your orders before walking out so you wont get the same lousy and careless box of strawberries that i received , its embarrassing to send someone such a deceiving gift like that.

Terrible. This place NEEDS to close down immediately. It’s like all the negative reviews don’t even make these individuals want to do better. Who is in charge of this place? You should be ashamed of yourself and the way you run a company. Completely ruined Valentine’s Day for me. I ordered Items that were almost $200 and It never got delivered. Furthermore, They DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. What is the reason that this location is still open??? And applogizing under the reviews DO NOT CHANGE THE MATTER. Do a sweep, replace those lazy and irresponsible employees that currently work there and hire new ones. It is disgusting that anyone paying money to get a service delivered has to go through this, especially on occasions. Our hard earned money just going down the drain due to irresponsibility. I will make sure that the higher ups hear about this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! I ordered from them and almost all there chocolate covered strawberries came with mold! Good thing it only took one bite to figure it out. This location does not take care of their fruits! DISGUSTED. They refuse to give me my money back as well. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

****Anyone who looks here, be mindful of the 5 star reviews, just saw one who gives 5 star reviews to multiple Edible Arrangement shops in similar timeframes. So pathetic that you'd need fake positive reviews.I wouldn't order from here. Total radio silence, no updates, nothing. I spent $95+ plus a premium due to the holiday, I get it, but the guarantee of delivery was there albeit, it'd be late, but that's fine. The issue is there is no help or notifications. Stay away. Getting my money back for sure.

Mohammed and Fahera (apologies if I spelled it incorrectly) were great. I needed a quick gift to impress my mother-in-law and they not only delivered a chocolate covered strawberry arrangement but kept me entertained the entire time with small talk. I historically have had terrible experience visiting Edible Arrangements (vs ordering online) and this was by far the best one yet. Not to mention they sent me off with two Halloween samples. God bless you all.P.s. my mother in law loved it!

Tried calling the store multiple times, even tried sending an email and I still have not had a response, 7 days later. I paid for balloons that were never delivered with the basket for my daughter’s birthday. I’ve never had this issue with edible arrangements. I will never use this store again. Very obvious no balloons were delivered. This was a picture from the delivery guy. Very disappointed. I live in FL and was very excited for her to have her balloons with her basket as a surprise, but it was ruined.

I ordered the wish-Tini arrangement online as a birthday surprise for my adult son 8 days prior to delivery date. Cute red martini glass filled with fruit. I also purchased pineapple numbers for an additional cost. It was delivered at a reasonable time mid-afternoon, while he was still at work. When he sent me a photo of what arrived, I was shocked! It looked nothing like the online presentation! It was an embarrassment. The martini glass was tiny and green, with visible kale showing out of the tiny container. Fruit was Haphazardly thrown together. The chocolate icing drizzle was sloppily designed. They even dipped fruit in a weird white icing with sprinkles, which is NOT supposed to be a part of this arrangement.I sent an email to customer service who advised they would forward my grievance to the store manager or owner. I never heard from the store. Neither the store or the toll-free customer service phone number gets answered by a live agent at any time on any day. I had to hunt their corporate phone number down, and only then was I able to speak with a live agent who is part of escalation team. I received a full refund.I read the reviews, but chose to still place the order with this location, assuming a downtown Jersey City location would fare better than other nearby locations. Boy, was I wrong!! Trust the slew of 89 negative reviews versus the 20 positive ones. I noticed one reviewer gave 5 star reviews to 4 edible arrangement locations, which is the bulk of their review history. So how authentic are the 5 star reviews? Makes one wonder!Next time, I will order from a competitor company such as Shari’s Berries. (see accompanying photos of what online arrangement looks like, versus what I received).The owner of this location responds to some reviews I see, but clearly nothing changes months and months later. As an owner and manager of a business, consistency and quality is key when it comes to products and services! Do better!

Very disappointed. I had made an online order for a 9am pick up time and when I got to the store, the door was locked! Now I can understand if someone was running late or called out sick. Fine. Even though I could only pick up at that time since my shift at work ends way after they close maybe I can call them to figure out a solution. All calls were ignored as well as the feedback option on their website. No communication! Had to end up disputing the charge with my bank with no gift to show for it! The only reason I give it a second star is that they immediately gave me back my money. Its just sad that if they at least picked up the phone, I would have waited or at least arranged for them to deliver it the half of a block where I worked. I dont think I'll be ordering from them again.

I tried Daisy bouquet from edibles and fruits were really fresh, well packaged. I loved the bouquet of fruits and yeah I gifted one to my sister too. The bouquet looked amazing. Will be ordering again soon.

At the door and online says that they are open at 9 but it is 9:20 and they are still closed. My pickup was set up for 9am. That completely ruined my plans for the birthday person, and is super inconvenient to have to come back for something I already paid for.
