On Saturday January 13, 2024 I drove thru the drive through asked for a signature cold latte custard chocolate donut & bacon snack. When I get to my destination nothing I ordered did I received. Worst dunkin donut staff and manager. $13 down the drain.

The stop at Dunkin was worth it for me.I asked for a customized hot drink, it was done without hesitation. Nice touch for me, guy used long spoon to blend it well.Also they had my favorite donut, the apple crumb.Parking: Parking is not bad, remember Dunkin also shares space with convenience store. There is also a Gulf gas station here as well.

Adjust pricing if changing sizeSo i ordered a SEC on a plain bagel and this is what i get. I paid 5.50 for this. Its not even a bagel. I wasn’t notified that they ran out of bagels. They should’ve just put it in another bagel or croissant but not bread that im pretty sure Dunkin’ doesn’t sell. If they couldn’t i should have been told, or at least have the price adjusted but they shouldn’t have just given a smaller sandwich with the incorrect bread.

I recently had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center. I was in need of new tires and didn't have time to order them online, so I decided to go in and see if they had what I needed. I was surprised to find that they had the exact tires I wanted in stock, even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon.The staff at the tire center was very courteous and well-mannered. They took the time to explain the different tire options to me and answer all of my questions. They also made sure to rotate my tires and balance them while they were at it.The location of the tire center was clean and well-kept. It was also very convenient that it was located right next to the Costco warehouse, so I could do my shopping while the car was being taken care of.Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Costco Tire Center. They had the tires I needed, the staff was great, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new tires.Here are some additional details about my experience:I was able to get an appointment for the same day, even though it was a busy weekend.The work was done quickly and efficiently. They clearly have no idea how to properly make signature drinks. Ask for a signature latte and they'll just give you regular coffee with milk. You tell them this is wrong and they'll persist in telling you "sir, that's the signature latte". While other places make it differently and tastes differently. It's not even a one time mistake, it happens everytime. Shame this is the only Dunkin donuts by my job. It's so maddening!

My boyfriend and I regularly attend their location . The employees are always welcoming, attentive and familiar with our usual order.The manager is amazing as well and last time we were there he surprised us with a gift card being one of the firsts for the day to order through the app. We appreciate everyone’s service at this location and they make our morning commute brighter every day.
