Avoid this place at all costs. The FedEx drop off location experience was awful. The staff lied - they claimed that they could not accept a package because it was over 30lbs. The website clearly states they will take a package that’s up to 55lbs. They either need to fix the website or tell their staff what the policy is. Extremely rude service; I was perfectly polite and was treated horribly for no discernible reason.

Avoid at all costs. Literally anywhere is better. Just got ignored by multiple staff for 20 minutes. Only to be told that I have to step out of line to use a QR code to book a vaccine. QR code doesn't work so I am told to step back in line so it could be done manually. This is not the first time I've had a sub par experience in their pharmacy but it's for sure the last. Better off going into the city or going to journal square. So lame.

Their pharmacy service is the worst because there is always line! Like they should’ve hired more people to reduce the line seriously. That is why I’m switching to Amazon pharmacy now and only go here for urgent reason.

The worst pharmacy I have ever interacted with. The staff is unhelpful, unprofessional and unfriendly, even more so on the phone (that is if they actually pick the phone back up after putting you on hold). Literally every time I have gone to pick up a prescription there is an issue. Whether they filled the incorrect prescription, didn’t fill it in time so it expired, have no stock or some insurance issue despite insurance and doctor confirming it is approved. They will give you the runaround telling you one thing or the next, even lying to your face, just trying to have as short of an interaction with you as possible, to get onto the next person and do the same.

Dude working at the front checkout told me to "be brave and take my mask off" despite me picking up only covid tests. Bonus, I did end up having covid, so that would have exposed others. Completely irresponsible and disrespectful.

They don’t take all fedex packages. For some reasons, some packages are held here and some don’t and bounce to nearby fedex office.
Just be aware about it when requesting to hold your fedex pacakge here to avoid adding any extra in your life. Fedex representatice just told me they refused to hold my package here :/

Shopping in *any* Walgreen's these days sucks. A ridiculous number of items are kept under lock and key and there aren't ever enough employees to manage the customer volume in the stores. Not only do you get the pleasure of hearing "customer assistance to deodorant, please" over the intercom system, you also get to feel like a thief as they unlock the cabinet for you. Then, you get the pleasure of waiting in a long line that has one cashier to handle it. Walgreen's leadership: you're doing a bad job and need to correct course. Your employees shouldn't have to bear the brunt of your bad business planning and operating.

This is pretty big Walgreens location - convenience store, pharmacy & photo print services.
As a convenience store - looks as a good option to visit, as it 24/7 location. Missing sandwiches & any types of rolls or bread but had some groceries & water.
Friendly service & reasonably fast.

They sell stale milk products , when I went to return the stale almond milk, the manager along with the entire store reps were extremely rude and gave the toughest time possible. The manager was as horrendously rude as it could get. They expect you and the kids to suck that milk up and die , but wouldn't have the courtesy to be nice. Avoid the store to be keep your family safe

No matter when you come, there is an unreasonably long line. Very poorly managed store.
