Absolute worst pharmacy experience I have ever had and unfortunately I have to experience it every month because it's the only pharmacy in the area. Medication is never in stock and they refuse to order it in advance so that I dont have to wait a week for it to come in. This is my health care so you would think they wouldn't be so careless but no. The most recent time I complained the pharmacist told me if I didn't like it I I should go elsewhere. This place is centrally located and poorly managed. Long lines, unhelpful staff and a pharmacy Dept staffed by people who believe they are Medical Doctors and not pharmacists. They insist on reviewing Dr prescriptions delaying filling scripts causing patients must suffer unaided by timely filling prescriptions. To add insult to injury the patient cannot refill script from date of script but the delayed date script was filled.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the pharmacy here. Is it the staff? The pharmacists? The technology? Who knows? But they never once have been able to process my meds on time or correctly. It’s almost as if they will get a kickback from denying patient access to medicine and sleep well at night knowing patients will die. They also seem to struggle with the concept that people are able to get married and change their surnames. Wild, I know.

It is 11:55 PM and the employee closed the door on me as I was trying to walk in. Pay them more, treat them right or find a way to make them not want to get out of work early on your dime. Every time I walk in here the employees look utterly miserable.

Worst pharmacy services ever..They just don't care about the lines.even if u take an appointment you need to wait for longer than usual.if there was less than 1 review..this place deserves it.And the billing section upstairs..the people lost their smiles ages ago i guess.keep grumpy faces all the time.

Whoever the 40-50year old Russian sounding woman was at the checkout today with dark hair Sunday 06/23 was extremely rude. I asked where the pharmacy is and she burst out laughing and said “it’s closed”. I’m like I have medication to pick up and she’s like “it’s closed. Tomorrow.” What like people don’t get sick on Sundays?

This review is for the pharmacy only - overall this location is a 3/5 but the pharmacy staff is very helpful! Yes, they are busy as is the rest of the store because of location and proximity to the train, but if you use them as your regular pharmacy and develop a rapport with the staff they will help you when you need it. Angelica, the pharmacist, has always gone above and beyond for me.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I am a physician. I was called regarding a benign concern. I attempted to return the call over 3 days. Each time I was disconnected, hung up on, or made to wait so long that i could not stay on the line (12,15 minutes). I am just now getting through on my 5th attempt after waiting 13 minutes. I would have left a message but the last 3 times that I have done this it appears that no one did anything to respond to the message.

Pharmacy: The worst pharmacy, they never get anything right and never pick up the phone! I've had numerous issues with these ppl before I stopped dealing with them

pharamacy doesnt pick up the phone ever. waited on hold for 20 min and heard them pick up the line and place it back on hold without a word at least 7 times
