Employees need to learn how to handle online orders. And their attitude to treat customers who need help is not great.

It is 11:55 PM and the employee closed the door on me as I was trying to walk in. Pay them more, treat them right or find a way to make them not want to get out of work early on your dime. Every time I walk in here the employees look utterly miserable.
