Straight up deleted my prescriptions, puts away prescriptions before the allowed pickup date, puts you on hold when you call them and never picks back up. At the pickup counter, employees just stare at your face for 5 seconds and say nothing, no hello no hi no how can I help you

Not a big fan of Duane Reade in general, but the manger who was working when I had to do a photo return was really cool. There was a technical issue with the order number and she was persistent in getting it resolved for me.
