I had an appointment at 2:45 and it is now 3:50 and I still haven’t been seen. I asked to speak to a supervisor & they refused to give me her number to make a report. AGAIN

Great Doctor and the overall staff is very friendly and cheerful ?. Doctor is very calm and he will give optimal time to address all your concerns and worries. I would definitely recommend him. Infact at first we visited him for our baby and later while we were looking for a Good PCP we got to know about Dr. Ray Santos. And it was like hurray!! So now he is our family Doc!
