At first everything seemed to be going well until the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was dirty, without floor mat, without fuel, with a flat in addition. And since then no one from DK has been answering my calls!

I recently had an experience with DK Auto Imports a few years back when purchasing a vehicle from them. After a review of the contract I signed, it became apparent that there were a number of illegal fees, lack of disclosure, and flat-out fraud.I was overcharged on state taxes and DK Auto Imports pocketed the extra money. I tried to resolve the matter with them privately, but they continued to deny any wrongdoing.As a result, I am currently in the process of litigating them based on principle, as I have the resources to do so.DK Auto Imports engaged in illegal practices and refused to take responsibility for their actions. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them to exercise caution and closely scrutinize all documents before signing.

I just Purchased my BMW X5 and definitely recommend this dealership, Anthony was my salesman and he was great and very helpful, at the time of my purchase they promised they will change my front tires and they kept that promise and called to come in and get my new tires on my BMW. We live in Missouri and bought a 2015 Lexus RX350 from Anthony – sight unseen. It was delivered today and we couldn’t be happier with the car. It’s exactly as described. Anthony willingly took all the extra photos we asked for and unhesitatingly answered our very detailed questions. Once we decided to buy it, he walked us through the process and kept us in the loop as he navigated the red tape involved with buying a car in NJ and registering/shipping it to MO. We bought a good car at a good price and received unexpectedly excellent customer service as well.

Generally I do not leave reviews of any sort, but I feel obligated to report the misleading and deceitful practices of this "business". I called in advance about a 2012 Toyota Highlander with 109k miles I was interested in which was listed for $13,990. In the conversation I specifically said I did not plan on financing and intended to pay in full, I asked if that would effect the price at all. The dealer told me that it did not matter how it was paid for and the listed price was the price it was being sold for. I rearranged my schedule to make the 2.5 hour drive the next day to purchase the vehicle. I called ahead once more to confirm the vehicle didn't smell like cigarettes and that it was still available. The night prior I also got a USAA/True Car Certified Dealer "price guarantee" which including the "dealership fee", came out to $14,585, which I was fully prepared to pay. After making the trip and test driving the vehicle, once I had my wallet out and I was prepared to pay for the vehicle, they changed the price to $17,500. I said that clearly wasn't the listed price, and for that much, I could buy the same vehicle a few years newer and with way less miles. They said oh, that listed price is only if you finance, I said I specifically asked that on the phone and he replied "Well, I said it didn't matter how you payed." No, you said the price was the same no matter how I payed, financed or in full. $13,990 to $17,500 is an astronomical leap. I then asked what the "financed" price would be and what the total cost of ownership would be. The "financed" price was somehow "$14,000" and still came out to be $16,500 total. I showed them the TrueCar Certified price guarantee and they just said, "No, that's the financed price, if it's financed." After reading the only other legitimate review, it looks like I had nearly the exact same experience where at the last minute they tried to pull one over on me and get me to pay nearly $3,500 more than what was expected. I actually feel bad for these people and I hope their situation improves. You turned away the easiest sale you could ever ask for. Someone who was willing to pay the full listing price and the dealer fee on the spot, you didn't even have to deal with the registration process, running credit or having to wait for your profit after years of payments. If you want more money for the vehicle, just list it for what you really want to make from it, even if it may be way over what anyone else is asking. That seems like the more ethical and legitimate business practice. I wish all of you well in the future, however I do not recommend anyone ever does business with here until you start honoring the prices you list your vehicles for. Also a side note, when I arrived they had just replaced the rear right window of the same vehicle which someone had allegedly "smashed out the window with a champagne bottle" the night before. It makes me wonder if it was actually random as they said or if someone else had an equally poor experience and felt cheated. I intend to contact USAA/TrueCar so they can remove them as a certified dealer so they don't continue to sully the USAA/TrueCar name and legitimacy of their price guarantee program. I wasted my day dealing with this dealership and over 5 hours of driving, learn from my lesson and no matter what their price online says, know they won't honor it in person so don't waste your time.

Buying in DK Auto Imports was an amazing experience. The representative Anthony was very patient, I had a lot of questions since it was the first car I buy, and he answered all of them, he also was very polite, humble and very careful. Anthony is the best deal maker. I had quit a bit scammers dealership experiences. Finally I got Nissan Rogue 2016 for my daughter from DK motors. I was almost done with back and forth bargaining But Anthony make this deal happened. Very friendly and helpful. He is excellent salesperson that you can trust him otherwise in car dealership that word even doesn't exist. He is the deal maker not breaker. Go and try them!

Transparent and very helpful! Anthony guided me through every step of the sales process and did his best to give me the best deal he could given the state of my credit. He got me the minimal down payment and a very reasonable apr%. Impressed with his honesty I’ll definitely be refinancing with him.
