Ding is not the honest person I thought he was. He replaced my rear brakes in September. I noticed the same signs so I took it to the dealer in November for an overall inspection. The dealer found that the same brakes need replacing. The technician John broke the rear windshield screen on my other vehicle and he isn't taking responsibility for it.

Went in for and oil change and filter and they did t change the filter and use cheap oil. Very disshonest shop. Joe, Kevin both liars and crooks.

I've been using this facility for almost a year. Ding and the guys are very pleasant. The straight forward answers I get as it relates to my cars diagnostics are always appreciated. You never have to worry about any hidden cost or price gouging at this place.

Though I'm new to Ding's service(1yr), he has been at this location for years. He seems to be a straight shooter. Services are fairly priced. Ding explains all work in detail.
