After calling other local shops to inquire if someone can fix my broken driver side mirror. I lucked out walking in to this shop. Dave provided top tier customer service. He understood the severity of the situation and how dangerous it was for me to commute with a dangling mirror and with my child so he stepped in and immediately swapped out the mirror for me. (I already purchased the parts needed) I would highly recommend this shop based off of work ethics.Thanks again!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! They take your money for repairs that were not done correctly. They don't give you an estimated date. I dropped off my car for a transmission. He took 2 months to repair and when I got it back it was still hesitating and clanking. When i returned the vehicle so they can take a look at it again, they left it parked on the street for 2 weeks without checking it at all! He has no care in the world. He lies about everything including the delayed time in getting parts. He is definitely one of those mechanics everyone warns you about. STAY AWAY

My fuel gauge is not working I put 20 bucks here and their thinking gas is cheap. I misjudged how high gas is now so I ran out of gas. I took truck to Dave he checked the truck and was honest and told me it was out of gas. Dave also coinsedently about 8 years ago rebuilt my transmission when he had a shop downtown jersey city truck is running great. Thanks Dave for being honest.

My father and I brought my car here to get fixed because supposedly Dave was a "good mechanic". The person who told me that lied because this place in general is terrible. My father paid $795 to fix the 2-3 solenoid & the conductible plate in the transmission (CODE: P0758). After he fixed it, he told my father and I that we have warranty on the piece that we paid to fix and that if we have any problems to bring it back. Well a few months later the same problem happened again so I brought it back. When I brought it back, you could tell from Dave's demeanor that he did not want to fix the car again so he let a mechanic named Luis to fix it. I dropped my car off on my birthday (June 8th) and I got a call back two weeks later to come by to pick up the car. When my father and I get there, Dave didn't want to talk to my father and I for whatever reason. Luis plugged the computer into the car to show us what the problem was again and it was the same code/problem from when we originally brought the car. We dropped the car off for two weeks for nothing to be done. So if we paid for it to get fixed and we brought it back because we we're told that we have warranty, shouldn't he fix it again since we have warranty? Yes right? Well he told us that he didn't want no parts with the car that it was complicated. He was very rude and literally told us that he's not working on the car. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. HE IS TERRIBLE AND WILL ROB YOU!
