Great employees and great sales. Always a clean store and they greet me when I walk in.

The person staffing the pick-up counter at the pharmacy, roughly 2:30pm on May 6th, was disrespectful and rude to two other customers and me. She should NOT be the person interacting with folks coming in for prescriptions, some who are in pain or poor health.I will avoid this pharmacy from now on.

I love the crew at this location! Always so happy to see me like we're actual family. The pharmacy techs specifically have really saved my butt many many times, I absolutely adore them all!

They don’t have antibiotics my doctor prescribed. Won’t use this place at all.

For the products in promotion, they don't indicate that the promotion is only applicable if you buy with their loyalty card. This is not an honest way of making business. Also the two boxes of chocolate I bough were not fresh at all.To be avoided

I live in the city but I had a set appointment which led me to Jersey.I was looking for Whole Foods when I saw the CVS. I'm a rewards member and I have credit. I was meaning to buy something, but as soon as I walked in, this blonde lady saw me and decided to follow me. She was chatting with her co-worker, but as soon as she saw me, she told her co-worker "I am going for a walk." I knew she was following me so I immediately turned around. She got startled and did a 180. Then asked me if I needed help. I was looking for some Skittles, but she pissed me off. While I was in the candy isle, she stood right at the end and kept looking at me. She stood there the whole time. She started chatting with her co-worker. I had enough so I decided to leave. When I passed by her, we both said "have a good day." I told her that I knew she profiled me as soon as I walked in.She didn't say a thing. She is a blonde lady with a black sweater or cardigan.Shame on you CVS. Watch the camera. It is so obvious. This really happened.

Absolutely horrible service. I went to the pharmacy and the lady made me wait for 1.5 hrs to just make a phone call to my doctor's and confirm my prescription. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere other than here

I've come to enjoy CVS as a pharmacy, particularly since I had to abandon Wallgreens when they refused to fill abortion medication, even in states where it was legal. I Dont need abortion medication, but I will not do business with a company that endangers women's lives. Wallgreens succumbed to pressure from right wing groups. Now, as a customer of CVS I've discovered the benefits of their coupon program. I've saved a lot of money in different ways. As a member of the basic program I get emails with coupons that are very useful. They often have buy one get one free items, or buy one get a second one half price. In combination with 30% off the entire purchase coupon, the savings add up. I think I once got a $5 rebate in 5 years with Wallgreens. CVS also has self checkout which means I never have to wait in long lines like at Wallgreens.

Apparently the pharmacist can deny prescriptions “at their discretion” and not notify me or my doctor. I had to wait 24 hours for my doctors office to resend the prescription while I was in agonizing pain. The pharmacist gave me no sympathy and caused me hours of physical and mental suffering even though I’ve taken this medicine daily for two years through CVS. I’m beyond disappointed in the lack of care or regard for your patients well being.
