People where rude car smelld like smoke, they sell fake insurance had a problem with the car’s transmission called the insurance company I paid for and found out don't even have a policy with them. Same your money go somewhere else

I purchased a car 2 months ago- Upon purchase the owner wouldn’t even fill the gas tank, which should’ve been my first red flag.The car now, 2 months later is in need of thousands of dollars in repairs due to an after market wiring system being installed that was never disclosed to me upon sale. The display screen won’t work, the factory reset will cost thousands. I was hoping the dealership would take accountability for this error in not disclosing an aftermarket wiring device installed in this car- but they refused and said to have an attorney call them.Additionally, having put less than 1k miles oj the car since I bought it, it now needs an oil change, a new battery and brake pads. Meaning they did NO maintenance. Buyers beware. They may have flashy cars but they have no integrity behind them.

Bought an Audi A4. Ronnie was amazing; she stayed late even after her coworker left to help us finish the payment get insurance etc so we could take car the same day.

My mother has just recently purchased her third vehicle from Crazy Cars. The customer service we have received is OUTSTANDING!!!! Ronni and Macho are very dedicated employees and should be greatly valued. They provide a stress free transition to purchasing a vehicle. Crazy Cars definitely have our vote for the best experience when buying a vehicle. Will always look forward to future purchases for our family. let me tell you guys! I spoke with Ronnie Friday 11/3 and told her i was interested in a specific car. She has worked so hard for me and others. I've already recommended people to your lot. I am over the moon excited! im so thankful and she got the process done so quickly! Ronnie is truly the best !! Their lot has so many great cars, low miles practically brand new. Their hospitality and customer service is top tier! i will definitely purchase again in the future but i have sent plenty of people to their location in JC. Again, i'm truly thankful to Ronnie, she is the best ! and she's such a nice woman! I wish nothing but the best for this dealership!

Crazy car dealership has been known to me for years and i have no regrets for any purchased car from crazy car.Dealership used to helped for any kind of credit to get approved.Crazy car sell neat,clean and their cars are very cheap comparing with other dealership.They are the best.Any type of cars you might bought would more than the sales prices.

There's almost too much to write. My husband and I have been searching for this specific car for quite some time and were happy to come across this one even though it's in NJ and we are in MA. Immediately after signing the papers we felt a little uneasy, like we were being taken advantage of trusting them buying a car that we hadn't test driven but we were assured it was as pictured etc. The photos on the advertisement are incredible, the car looks amazing. Well, none of 10+ dings and small rust spots were mentioned, or a huge BASKETBALL sized dent on the hood that is only visible from a certain angle... and I'm sure you're all like, why didn't you inspect it upon delivery? Well, that's because the car was delivered at 10pm in the pitch dark by a person who spoke no English and just stuck his hand out and said "you pay"....ok let me start from the beginning, Ronny promised the car would be delivered by 3pm, we are 3.25 hours from them, when 4pm rolled around and still no car or phone calls we called the dealer. They said "oh it actually just got picked up now"... never notified us until we called first, an hour after it's promised delivery time. So 730 rolls around, no correspondence, no car. 8pm, no car...930...no car. We had to call the delivery dispatch guy FOUR TIMES because he kept lying about how far away he was.. I'm convinced they completely forgot about delivering the car until we called and had to scramble to get it here before midnight... the car was priced at $9995... I put $5000 down and yet I still had to finance just under $12k because the "dealership fees" just so happened to equal FIVE GRAND... I feel screwed if we if I'm being completely honest.. the exterior of the car is NOT how it was represented and oh, did I mention they have my fuse box door on the interior jammed shut with a Jersey city receipt bc it doesn't latch correctly and hangs open??? Yah, I'm pissed..my husbands pissed...we know it's our fault for trusting a dealer and all we can do now is let other buyers know before hand. Y'all couldn't of at least TRIED to fix the paint or the dent in the hood? With the $5k I paid prior to shipment? It looks horrible.. lesson learned.

***** UPDATE THIS DEALERSHIP SUCKS.. Sold a car where the check engine light came on in less than 24 hours then the radiator cracks they lied and said that the the car had front end damage. Clearly no front end damage to the car they sold a lemon and now don’t want to fix. Well they have the RIGHT CUSTOMER not only are they getting sued but I’m reaching out to the state and I work closely with the BBB. DONT BUY ANY VECHILE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP RUN. If I could give 0 stars that’s what they would have got

Sold car with air bag light when asked about it it got brushed aside and said it was a simple fix. To make matters worse, car was advertised as 9k well now I'm in debt 13k with the bank. Did not disclose ANY HIDDEN FEES lady was talking the whole time to distract you while you sign away.
