Convenient walk in service. I came here twice recently and in 2021. Both times I arrived when they opened and the wait time was not long at all. They also always pick up my call and answer my questions quickly. I didn't have any issues with any of the staff.

The Jersey City, NJ Concentra staff are so awesome. If it was up to me I’d give everyone there a raise. Great crew! Very friendly staff. Thank you guys for your great customer service. You deserve a raise, all of you.

Waited over 1.5 hours before being seen by a trainee nurse that fumbled. I was also told that the x-ray technician didn't come in and that I would have to come back. Not recommended for serious issues.

Staff was great and friendly but wait time is not necessary. I waited almost 2 hours for a simple DOT physical. Which took maybe 5 minutes.

If I could give it a 0 stars I definitely would. Staff was pleasant and so was the Dr., until he insulted me by insinuating that it was not possible for me to experience the pain I'm describing, as if he was the one that fell... nice job doc!! And on top of that, waited 2 hrs to be seen, with a schedule appt and all!! I do not expect any different, as this is the Dr. referred by my employer, js!!

I can’t believe how unbelievably long it took me to get just a physical! It was literally 3 people waiting when I arrived and I was there for almost 2 hours. It’s no way you should be in an office that long especially when it’s not crowded. They seem to have way more than enough staff

Staff over here not friendly. They are bit rude and has hesitant face. No interest to work and keep a long face .

I always have a great experience with Concentra. I always go there whenever I’m doing my physicals for my travel assignments and they have everything I need when all the places I normally go to don’t have MAs with certifications.
