Standard 4 star gym. Enough space and great equipment. Been going here for 6 years. For $60 a month, it’s a steal.Especially, considering base is $200+ a month and people still complain about it.

You cancel your membership and they try to charge you 2 extra months was on hold for 20 minutes they don’t honor there cancel agreement form there’s plenty of gyms in the area don’t trust this one

Firstly, the cleanliness of the gym has significantly declined. There is often an unpleasant odor lingering in the air, and the equipment frequently appears dirty and unkempt. This not only affects the overall ambiance of the gym but also raises concerns about hygiene and safety, especially in light of the ongoing pandemic.Moreover, the maintenance of equipment seems to be lacking.Additionally, I have encountered issues with the staff's attitude and responsiveness. There have been instances where I've sought assistance or guidance, only to be met with indifference or a lack of willingness to help. As paying members, we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.Overall, these shortcomings have left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with my experience at fitness factory. I urge the management to take immediate action to address these issues and restore the quality and integrity of the gym. As a valued member, I expect nothing less than a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these concerns.

Awful, the gym is small and disorganized people remove bench bars to do deadlifts in the tiny dumbell rack area because there's only one deadlift rack. Bench press equipment is bolted down and not centered. Staff are never behind the counter and are not friendly. Also I paid for my all access membership which should allow me to use any fitness factory but when I come to this sad gym they say I can't because I don't have a plus membership which I have to pay extra to come here. Awful I wouldn't recommend this gym other fitness factory I would

One of the Trainer is hell rude with Indians . All other staff is pretty decent and polite .

My primary issue is basically the size of the gym and limited options. To be fair I typically work out at LA Fitness and much larger gyms so my mental comparison prefers space and variety so this type of gym is not my personal cup of tea particularly when it gets busy so space is even more limited. I definitely have to maneuver myself around the 9-5 schedulers in order to not have to maneuver myself around a large population of people. But aside from that, you can still get a good workout in if you have a good understanding of fitness routines and ways to consider different types of workouts with free weights.

Nice gym, decent equipment. Not to many muscle heads/gymcels, but they do not enforce hygiene which contributes to terrible smells. Bathrooms smells like puke/preworkout shits. And a few gym goers who smell like they haven't showered in a few workouts. Again. Cheaper prices = cheaper results. Equipment is good. Staff is good. Location is good.

Just finished a session at Fitness Factory and loved the equipment variety. As a trainer, seeing facilities that cater to diverse fitness needs always inspires me. It's essential for anyone's fitness journey. Solid option if you need somewhere to train... everything you need for a proper session (squat rack, hack squat, leg press... plenty of plate and spin loaded options. Staff are nice and welcoming too. As with all gyms, some odd characters (ego lifting, grumpy and super setting compound moves).

** I had an encounter with a Gym Bully here today - This Guy just got uncontrollably mad when I stepped in the common work-out space. He started behaving aggressive & intimidating and verbally abusive even in presence of the Staff. Rowel (Staff) - He simply stood there watching (spectator) and did nothing to enforce rules. ** Appreciate Jessy (Staff) - She tried her best to calm/reason out this Bully. Have reported this incident. Hope the Management will take steps to enforce "Member Safety" against such kind of Gym Bully behavior.
