I went there on the only day of the week I can shop for cars to test drive the 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport, black, with 8k miles on it advertised for $19k online. When I got there they asked me if I'd like to see a different car because that Rogue is "the manager's car". I asked if it was still for sale, they said yes, and said I'd still like to see it. They took me to the car which was FILTHY inside- reeking of tobacco with visible tobacco products on the passenger seat and numerous, full prescription pill bottles all over the car. I asked to test drive it anyway and the sales guy said "you can only test drive it if you promise you'll buy a car today". And told me "we don't do joyrides here." "We only test drive to serious buyers". *I'd like to mention before even getting to see one car I'd already been asked if I would be financing, my budget, and if I'd be buying today... BEFORE EVEN SEEING ONE CARSeriously? I'm going to "PROMISE" to buy a filthy, tobacco and pill-ridden car with who-knows-how many miles on it since 270 days ago since it's been used as the managers car without first test driving it? Do I look STUPID to you? And test driving is called "joy riding"? Give me a break.... If you want honesty and professionalism, look at another dealership.. So far I've had good experiences with Union Hyundai (fantastic) , Metro Honda (great) , Hudson Honda (good). Go there instead. Run from this one.

Just purchased a Chevy Blazer from them. There was no pressure in sales dept. Very knowledgeable of all the inventory.. great price. Thanks Peter for all your help and support in this purchase..

Stay away. The most shady car dealership on tri state. This place is the reason Used Car dealers get a bad reputation. The car was listed on their site and auto trader for $31,000 so i called to to see if they still had the car and they did. When i get there the car (GLC 300 ) is listed at $36k. Sales rep says they will honor it at the online price. Paper work comes and the car with fees is now $42,000 after. They said that price was the wholesale price and they can’t sell it for that amount. What!!??? They even went as far as changing the price online back to $36,000 as if I’m a dummy I fought hours to get the original price, to no luck. So decided to leave. Asked for my $10k cert check back. Guess what ??they said they deposited it and i could pick up a check next week Thursday. At this point im furious. Either i leave with no car and no money. I stay and they final get the price down to the price they had online. Only to have a warranty on the car for $4,200. I told them i didn’t want the warranty on my car. They say then we can’t sell you the car. Laughable, they forced me to get a warranty on the car so they could make their profit. Just stay away. It was the worst buying experiences ever and I’ve purchased countless cars

I had a great experience here, my Equinox looks brand new inside and out and runs great. Andre, the sales associate, went above and beyond to make sure that I felt comfortable with my purchase and is still contacting me to make sure everything is working out fine. The whole staff is very professional and explained everything in detail through the whole process. Highly recommended!

Samantha is the best sales person I have dealt with. She has made this experience so easy and stress free. After having my car totaled and being able to have a peaceful experience buying a new Camaro was a burden lifted off my back. I highly recommend her. We had a wonderful experience with Andre and would highly recommend. I’ve always purchased cars from big dealerships who give the runaround time after time. Andre took the time with us and worked up all different figures for what would be the best pricing for us. He was approachable, down to earth and very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Andre to others!

Bait and Switch adding $9000 on a used vehicle that's been sitting on the lot for 6mo for add on features I don't even want..This dealership is an example of why manufacturers want to deal with clients direct. They make buying a vehicle a miserable process..It's criminal and a shame that dealerships think that bs is ok. If you offer a price of a vehicle.. And if I agree to that price I want that plus Tax & Title/doc fees.. that's it..When you try to throw in packages that have NOTHING to do with the car for $4000 plus other add ons added on to the back end.. and refusing to eliminate them.. Just give your "sales & closers" a Broom instead of a pen & contracts because they're just sweeping customers, repeat business & referral business FAR away from your location.You are now included in a list that will be featured in an upcoming documentary congrats. Thank Your Staff. People want to buy cars.. not bullcrap. There is a HUGE move for manufacturers to sell directly to customers because of practices like your dealership has implemented into their daily routine.We demand fair prices or we will find other ways to purchase without dealing with shady practices. On behalf of the NYPD & PSEG.. We will be staying far away from your dealership.

Looking for a car , look no further and ask for Roy Bagdat , he listen to our concerns and listen to details on what we were looking for in a car. he is the best to work with. His knowledge from car introduction, warranty, to loan process explained in detail to make sure we understood the process as smooth as possible and did whatever it took to help me get a car!
