This branch requires appointments for everything even though it’s empty all of the time. Went to on 12/29 to open an account and Banker said he couldn’t do anything because all of his workers left early due to the holiday. What holiday is on 12/29? Will never go to this location again.

The bankers themselves are fantastic. However ,I’ve been with them since I was 17. I had the same number for a very long time and attempted to log in on a new device with a new mobile number. The app directed me to call my bank. I understand calling late in the day is super rude to their staff but I was just calling to figure out my issue. It literally directed me to call my branch in my areas. I get off work midday. It was authentication problem. WHICH I UNDERSTAND. The words out the persons mouth was rude “you gotta call the number on the card. What are we going to do for you?” and “ You need to read the number on the back of the card” which again I get. I was only calling though to get that clarification. This branch is fantastic but, when people answer the phone and questions you like that, it is the reason young adults ( me 21) do not feel comfortable to call about adult issues. I was barley able to get a word in.I don’t want anyone in trouble I just want higher ups of the bank to know that the way their workers speak to customers can and will throw them off.

Terrible bank. Don’t use the ATM because they don’t dispense your money and after you make a claim they tell you you have to wait 12 hours. It gets better then they tell you it’s pending investigation so you have to wait 10 days. Bad for business. Choose another bank.

This branch always cancels client appointment without notice. My appointments got cancelled twice. The first time, they told me the banker was not there and directed me to another banker, which is fine although they asked me to wait for extra half an hour. The second time is so ridiculous. It's a rainy day. I walked in the rain for half an hour to get the bank. Then the lady at the counter told me, the banker can't make it because it's raining and there's a marathon and the banker can't drive in. She smiled at me and didn't even try to offer any solution to make up their fault. The banker didn't send me any notification about the cancellation. The bankers cancel your appointment without notice and don't prepare any backup plan??? Then what's the point to make an appointment??? I just as a customer, I walked in the rain for half an hour to make the appointment. But you, as the professional banker, you cancel that at any minute??? And the lady told me she didn't know the roads will be closed due to the marathon until the very morning. I mean, that's your office. Why didn't any of you pay attention to? Is that my fault? And the lady even told me the doctors always cancel their appointment as well. How come a professional people work with customer in this way? After so many back and forth, the lady finally told me she can make a note for me and told the banker to reschedule the meeting with me. But the "note" happened before as well in this branch. A banker told me they would let the other banker know and they never do that. They are so unprofessional and never stand on your side.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not open an account at this branch. Bankers at this branch would rather chit chat, check out their phones, and talk about their vacation. Customers are not a priority for them. They are extremely arrogant and rude. While customers are waiting, they are checking their Instagram. If you tell them can you help me? They will tell tell that they will call you once they are done checking their phone and posting on Instagram.

Came here to close my account, the staff(who sat in the middle at 11:40) spoke to me with great arrogance and implied that I was not smart enough and was wasting her time. How would I suppose to know where to find all the details after I abandoned Chase due to its poor service? And Chase is not curious to know why I close an account and still treating my inappropriately.

Extremely disappointed in the service I received from Chase Bank. I attempted to speak with the manager about a banking matter, but was refused service because I was not a customer. Despite explaining the situation and my need for assistance, the manager refused to speak with me and only communicated with my friend who was a current customer. This treatment was unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I cannot recommend Chase Bank to anyone who values fair and equal treatment. Beware of their discriminatory policies and lack of consideration for non-customers.

Walked in to a mostly empty branch to open a bank account but was told to make an appointment but they can’t do it for me at the branch (must go online). Oh and they’re fully booked for two weeks. Ridiculous.

Do not, for any reason, visit this location. I came in with my business partner to open an account. No one was at the front to assist, and all the bankers kept their heads down, pretend not to see. Finally, a teller told us to walk over to her for assistance. With an attitude, she told us no one was available for 2 weeks. I bank with multiple banks, and I never have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment or experienced such horrible customer service
