I'm very disappointed at this store, this is something more personal tho. I will usually buy my clothes from here almost all the time, I been coming to this store for some years now with my pup (he Is not a service dog only my dog) he is well behave and doesn't bother anyone. Today I came in to the store and selected a few items that I wanted to take with me, my pup got exited jumped to me and one of the store workers told that I wasn't to bring my dog in to the store and only service dogs where allowed on the mall. I'm very upset because I see dogs come into the mall almost all the time no necessarily service dogs. I'm not sure if I will be coming back to the store after that

They are cheater.I have bill with product and I wanted to replace the product but here staff was saying no to me though at the time of buying this product I clearly asked her about return or exchange policy.They are cheater please don’t buy anything from Charlotte store at new port :(

I love shopping at this location it's always clean and in Oder. However I believe I was being racially profiled by a black older woman she literally followed me and asked my every move but "only me!!no one else in the store.. how embarrassing is that and uncomfortable..

I drove an hour to this particular Charlotte Russe in jersey city today and got there 17 minutes before closing time…two teenage girls couldn’t wait to go Home for the night! Not fair! By far the worst Charlotte Russe I’ve ever been to.?

It was my first time shopping with Charlotte Russe. I went to return an item bought on sale not clearance (within 14 day) but was told by store staff, sale items can only be exchanged. Staff wasn’t helpful in finding a larger size or a similar top.
