The worst car dealership I have ever been too, and I love buying cars. I wish there was zero stars. I NEVER leave bad reviews but I had to for this one, to warn everyone of how awful these guys are. Lying salesmen, dishonest pricing, and JUNK cars with HIDDEN problems. If you want a good car, go elsewhere, otherwise, good luck to you and your wallet

Scammers! They are rude and unprofessional. I applied online and got an email that I was not approved for credit. I called them since I was expecting at least a call from one of their sales person or finance department and the receptionist was extremely rude. She stated that what don't I understand about my denial letter and why do I need to speak with finance department. Its truly terrible experience.

My daughter purchased a car from this business in early August with no financing The first temporary registration was about to expire and she had not yet received the title. They claimed they had "lost" the title document while the book-keeper was on vacation. They did renew the temporary registration for another 30 days and said they would apply for a duplicate title. In the email correspondence nearing the expiry of the second 30 day temporary registration, they were curt and impolite, offering little prospect of getting the title. When the subject of getting a refund of the purchase price was discussed, they said they could not refund the sales tax because it was more than 30 days since the purchase. Only after I spoke with their finance manager, did they agree to provide a full refund. By this time the temporary registration had expired and could not be renewed again (because the state limits temporary renewals to 60 days). The car could therefore not be legally driven back to their premises. When they issued the refund check, they deducted $111.00 to cover the towing/pick-up fee. Needless to say my daughter and I were very disappointed with these dishonest people.

I was very very unhappy....i was sold a 2008 nissan quest... I never made it out of jersey..I live in brooklyn..They so called fix the problem... When i text marcelo about the quest.. He blocked my text and never got back to me....You know theres a saying what comes around gies around...if i could give a half of a star i would give NOTHING

This is for the little ferry location. Horrible business. Came for a Saab originally listed at 999, came in and said no, price was increased to 1350 plus fees it will be about 1800. Said let me eat lunch and I'll be back. Came back to close the deal at there new price , did the paperwork at 1800 but when it was time to pay I was told oh but you left and the price went up. These are the biggest pieces of shits dealer and believe me I've been to a lot of shady car dealers. My advice to anyone looking for a car, avoid this place. This car was for my kid and I'm glad he saw this first hand as to how piece of s*** bad business car dealers are. At least we had a good lunch.

Purchasing my Nissan from Barbara was the BEST decision i ever made. Hudson Nissan was offering the same car with less features for ALOT more money than Barbara . THANK YOU BARBARA! 9 months and NO PROBLEMS.
