From the initial consultation, she took the time to go through the selling process with us. To help us understand the local real estate market and the trends that influence property values. She provided us with a thorough market analysis, setting a realistic expectations for the sale price and timeline. Besides that, she also gave us lots of good advices on how to decorate or staging our unit to make it look more attractive.
In addition, since we were out of town, she also did lots of favor to help us decorate and staging our unit. She worked with building management team to arrange open house. Her team also took lots of amazing pictures to show our home in the best possible way. There were serious offers coming within few weeks.
During the negotiation and closing process, her communication was very clear and keep us informed on the progress. She is very supported to help us on every steps we need to do to close the deal.

Sharleen Yuan is very good at what she does. As my rental agent, she listens to my specific needs very carefully (within 50 mins commute to Manhattan, a safe community with proximity to grocery as well as day care, a place big enough for a family with kid, pets and parents etc. ) and is able to quickly identify places that match my needs very well and within my budget. I was able to find a place for my family in just one weekend's visit to the places that she recommends and I had such a difficult time to choose the final one because her recommendation are all so good!! It is such a smooth and efficient process that I am extremly satisfied with. Sharleen is very professional that she puts clients' financial interest before her own and finding the best home for you is her ultimate goal. I would recommend Sharleen to any one looking for a place in NJ. If I decide to leave my current rental and buy a house, I would definitely reach out to Sharleen again as well.

We have just recently purchased an appartement in Jersey City after more than a year of research and home visits. Before that we had lived in NY for a little over 10 years of renting, and initially looked to cross the Hudson and purchase in New Jersey due to the lower price market, also this was our first home purchase and we wanted to take extra attention to find the perfect home.Sharleen has been our exclusive broker during the whole time and we feel prvileged we met her, as she has been diligent to provide us the best service through the whole process.
