Went in for an oil change and the tech refused to use conventional oil. Had upcoming plans to be out of town and no other options but to do what he said. Got ripped off for the $70 difference from the oil change and the store manager never called me back after making a complaint with the company. Go here only if you want them to steal from you.

Had to bring my car in to get new tires and an oil change. Called and was told the car would be ready in an hour and if it would take longer they would call me. Well I came in after an hour to find out that it was going to take a great deal longer. I have now been here for over another hour. Terrible customer service that doesn't seem to care at all about their customers time.

This is my second time going to Firestone and every time I go I regret it because whatever the issue is gets worse. My oil light was on and I took my car to them for an oil change and to be diagnosed. They changed my oil but this did not fix the issue. It took going to my regular shop after the oil light was still on after my oil change to realize that I was missing a quart and a half of oil and the oil light was not reset. They gave me recommendations for various things but nothing they recommended had anything to do with the engine component and wouldn't explain why I lost so much oil. Please don't take you car here for anything. The prices of the tires are outrageous and many of the recommendations they make, they are incapable of completing correctly. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I can't imagine what would have happened or what did happen to my engine if I had not brought it to my usual shop. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Went in to have them look at slow leak on tire plus do an oil change. Made appt the day before but when we arrived, we were told that they were behind and it would take 2 hours vs 1 hour. We approved to go ahead and we waited in their waiting area. They were able to repair the tire which was very much appreciated. They also completed oil change in just less than 2 hours. They also provided a list of recommended services which was appreciated but they said nothing was urgent.

These dummies could have sold a full set of new tires to me. I scheduled an appointment online to get at least my front two, if not all tires, replaced since one of them had a leak. First, they confirmed an appointment for a totally different time. Then they couldn't find me in their system when I arrived. Then, they said it would be a few hours, and they would call me to pick up my car. When I went to pick it up I found they had just repaired one tire. They didn't even bother to talk to me about it at all, just charged me and I left. I'll go get my new tires from a place that is competent.

This is the worst experience of my life. Scheduled an appointment. Didn't take my car for an hour and a half. Went for oil change , which is way above the normal price btw, they automatically check your whole car and charge an extra $20 for it. Long , short. I had to stand by the computer and verbally got them to remove $80 off my bill from b******* charges. You can literally walk in with a new car off the lot and they'll try to tell you at least 3-4 things wrong with it.

I went in on a Tuesday to get a new tire or repair my flat. Took them three hours (with an appointment). According to the website, tires 10 years or older they wont repair but I was told that since mine were 4 years old they wouldn't repair it. It also has a hole on the sidewall I guess so it was doomed anyway. The man then proceeded to tell me it will be $180 for a tire and I also needed a $60 oil change. Never in my life have I paid more than $40 for an oil change lol. Luckily they came to me and apparently couldn't find the tire they wanted to rip me off with so went with a cheaper option and my total was $92 instead. Why initially charge me for a more expensive tire if I'm only getting one? Taking advantage of women orrrrrrr??? Never again. People were nice but just after your money, honestly.

Dropped off my car for a replacement tire or get the tire fixed. I made a 9am appointment and stated in the request that I would be picking up the car in the afternoon which I assumed would be more than enough time. It's now 3:30pm and my car would have never been worked on if I didn't show up in person to inquire about it. I know everywhere is busy, however, when I told the gentleman assisting me that I dropped off the car and made an appointment he responded with, "I had other appointments." So I think it's safe to assume that no one that came after me (9am) have been serviced/competed. LOL

This location's poor reviews are justified! Bunch of lazy uneducated staff, who talk out one side of their mouth on the phone and when you arrive talk out the other with a completely different story. They call and subsequently confirm an appointment and when the customer arrives the individual that would've been assigned the service tells his co-worker "nah bro I have to eat", lol. Take your business somewhere else!

Complete waste of time. I called and they told me they had our tire in stock. Once we arrived, the kid working the counter said it wasn’t the right model. Complete lack of disregard for the time we wasted. We spent 2 hrs in traffic getting there and back home all for NOTHING. Obviously clueless how to ask the right questions to be absolutely certain the had the right tire.

Kevin (Kelvin?) kept me informed every step of the way. Jr Jonathan was a pleasure to deal with when I came to pick up my car, even followed me to the parking lot with a stapler and the second half of my invoice.

Just walking around 12pm and the girl sitting right there and said she is not working and rejected answering any questions, I am like WTF? The employee said she is not working during the office hour???
