Do NOT go unless you want to pay out of pocket for a damage they cause. Fail to take any responsibility...ridiculous. $500 btw One of the machines damaged my mirror, and they worker lied stating my mirror was already like this (camera footage and my own eyes will tell otherwise). I was told to call the customer service number, which directs you to an office that knows NOTHING about any of the franchise locations. Literally can't get an email or phone number from them. Could not get a manager's number from them nor any of the employees on site. After weeks, I finally got in touch with the manager Joe I was able to move the process along and escalate it to the owners, but they are unwilling to take any responsibility and compensate for the damage they caused.

AWFUL!!!! this absolutely the worst run place ever. They leave missed spots coming out, the guys drying trust me DO NOT break a sweat. The cars drive away without even removing the rear wiper tape, soap dripping and wet. They do not wipe the door frames at all, rags are wet and dirty and it's the beginning of the day. Every dollar spent here is a wasted dollar.

If I could give a negative zero that would be too much. This is the worst place and the mechanics are ghetto and rude. They try to upsell you for things you don't need then when u say no they get angry and argue with you. The girl in front of me was told she needs her engine flushed and showed her a plastic cup of the dirtiest blackest thinnest oil u ever saw saying they took that out of her car and she needs her engine flushed. A minute later they came out and showed me a plastic cup of the dirtiest thinnest oil also saying I needed my engine flushed. That was definitely NOT the oil they took out of my car then when I said no just change the oil that's not mine they wanted to try to start a fight with my son who was with me stepping up to him outside. I asked for the owners name and number and the girl at the desk refused to give it to me. Don't go there they are robbing people. I will NEVER go there again and I've been going to that place for 15 years before it was sold to these losers.

If I could give0 stars I would Do not I repeat do not go to this place thinking you are going to get a good car wash first off dude ran up on me to become a member he was really applying pressure seem like a nice owner.normally I would have said no not interested but.I gave in boy did I regret it first off the workers didn't give off friendly vibes they also didn't clean anything So I took the vacuum in did it myself also wiped off the interior. So I went to let the owners know what was going on in why was the workers not cleaning my car correctly they instantly became extremely nasty towards me told me to get out oh in the fat lady was yelling for me to pay so the owner gave me $20 but didn't cancel the membership I was to angry to realize that he basically scam me I would like my membership cancel asap or I will be contacting a lawyer. Stay faraway from this place of business they act nice to get you to pay for a membership in don't clean nothing this place is horrible I'll continue to support business owners that put in hard work go to me bubbles.the cats look spotless you'll love it.

Save your money do not go here. Every time I go here and pay for the best wash, interior shine, tire shine and all, and after coming out of the tunnel, they never clean my tires, or want to work on the inside. They look at me like I didn't pay for it, and expect me to keep driving off. One time a guy went to go check to see if I paid for it, and my receipt is in the window! Wtf? I say that to say that hand car washes do soooo much better than this place. The staff just don't care here, they only want your money.

Told the $20 regular he proceeded to fill my car up $35. Told him to stop the pump 3 timed! Kept pumping. Maybe they should to speak english

Spent $27 plus tipped ahead of time to be supportive. I should have tipped afterwards. I chose the most expensive option Ultimate and my floor mats were still filthy and put back misaligned. Car not fully hand dried and to top it off they left their filthy towels on top of my car. They can't even drive stick shift, they asked me to drive my car out to the open. Atleast be professional! They work with a lazy attitude, no sense of urgency or care. Only the cashier was professional. Don't go here.

Front desk Laura was exceptionally kind and the mechanics are knowledgeable and inform you of everything plus a free car wash...why would you go anywhere else, cheaper than the dealerships and no one trying to sell you a new car. Oh yeah did I mention the car wash is good for 30 days...also if you text # 645244 AND TYPE IN THE MESSAGE CITYLINE / About a week before you go, you will get 10 $ off coupons...they treat you like Family and Laura is genuine and as real as they get, God bless and thank you Cityline!
