If i could zero stars and leave a review i would. Point blank this location and their employees are scammers. Wish i would a read other reviews before i went to this store. A lot of people had issues regarding money. Thieves and Scammers.

Without writing a paragraph. The employees at this location are scammers. They are real fast to sell you something and take your money but anything after that they can’t help you. I’ve been with boost on and off for years, no complaints. Take your money to a different location.

The customer service is good as far as the attention given. The place is clean and well organized. However, the customer has to be explicitly clear on what they want otherwise the reps will push what they think is best for you. And what they offer may not be what you want or what your purse strings can afford. Other than that, they are quite professional and polite. This was my experience. Others may have better experiences. At the end of the day you, the customer, must walk away satisfied.
