Blink Fitness Journal Square is conveniently located across from the Journal Square stop on the PATH Train, inside the Capital One Building. This gym emphasizes a positive atmosphere, believing that mood is more important than muscle. While the gym offers a good selection of workout equipment and clean weights, some machines can be broken for extended periods, and the facility can become overcrowded, especially during peak hours after work or school. With only two squat racks and limited benches, availability can be an issue during busy times. The staff at Blink Fitness is consistently praised for their friendliness and attentiveness, contributing positively to the gym's environment. Members appreciate the warm interactions and the effort the staff puts into maintaining a welcoming space. However, some members express concerns about fellow gym-goers not respecting the facility, leaving weights scattered and not cleaning up after themselves. Despite the challenges of crowding and equipment updates, the gym hosts enjoyable community events and provides basic amenities like locker rooms and showers. Overall, Blink Fitness Journal Square is seen as a solid choice for those looking for a gym in the area, especially during less busy hours, thanks to its location and dedicated staff.
