This store has everything similar to Costco and Sam's club. Clean and well stocked.Less crowded than the others.

I will be honest, I order from BJs atleast 6 times monthly. Almost each time there is an issue. Either the salad is on it's last day or the grapes are brown. Today my order of $300 said delivered, but had not been.I called, after the line rang for 10minutes, a friendly voice answered the phone.It took less than 5 minutes but DAROTA tracked down my order which was still in the store and had Door Dash fix the situation.This is not a 5star location, but her 5 star service is what will keep me loyal to BJ's. Kudos to Darota.

This is a very dangerous place... Be forewarn. Observations:1. The shopping carts are there for a reason. Get one. 2. If you come here for one item, the likelihood of that happening is almost non-existent. 3. There is a REASON why there are no baskets. 4. Lots of selections5. Use your app first to find and select coupons6. There are sometimes men with their cars ready to serve as taxi drivers. Some times I have to use them. 7. If you are considering a membership, GET IT!

Service person was H.SinghIf it wasn’t for my credit card points to save $$ on the tires, I would have shopped some where else.My visit to this tire center was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Despite arriving early for my appointment, I had to witness the technician spending his time outside, chatting with a friend and vaping, completely ignoring my presence. To add insult to injury, other customers who walked in after me were served ahead of me, showcasing a clear lack of organization and fairness. It's evident that this tire center lacks professionalism, values, and respect for its customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. One star is too generous for the appalling service I received.

I had two tire blow outs in 2 months - I used BJs for ordering- 3 days delivery with next day replacement. Friendly and helpful staff.

AVOID this place at any cost!! Rude , Disrespectful, underground level of service. I ll NEVER come back here again. Paid for 4 tires , arrived in time , as scheduled. Waited 3 hours just to verify they don’t have tires in stock . Preparing major complaint to BBB and 311

Rude and lazy. Will say they’re closed way before they actually close. Said they don’t plug tires when I’ve gotten my tire plugged from here prior. Would not recommend.

I walked my bicycle here asking for help with a flat tire. According to the worker on duty they do not have an air pump. How in the world do you fill tires with air ???? Not courteous at all!

The store is a bit of a mess. I ordered items for pickup. Some items were incorrect. Tried calling, waited on hold for 10 minutes, then got disconnected.

Brought return item with membership card for return. Was denied a return stating I must have the paper receipt that an emailed receipt from BJ's is not sufficient. Called BJ's HQ and they told me I can return item as long as it's linked to my card. Tried retuning item again, was denied by 3 rude people. Laughable. Went to BJ's next town over for a refund that took 1 minute. Poor attitude here and customer service doesn't even know their own return policy even with the sign in back. The item was sealed and qualified for a return, but "manager discretion" since they were playing "the race card here".Racist store.Will not be renewing my free BJ's membership.

My mother went to do a tire rotation and went home with a missing hub cap and another one about to fall off her car. I called them at bj's and told them about the situation, and they kept telling me that all the hub caps were put on when she left.I told them that if they were put on correctly they would have never came off. She had that car for over 6 years and never had this issue. The guy who answered the phone kept saying the same thing over and over. Realizing that they will not own up to their mistake I asked to speak to the manager and they had me on hold for so long I hung up and called again.When the same guy finally answered he said the manager wanted the name and account # and we still haven't heard anything and it's been over 3 days. Neither I, my mother or anyone I know will be recommended to go to bj's for tire service. They will not own up to their mistake and will damage your car. See the proof for yourself in the pictures.
