6/18/24. So my computer crashed and I needed a new one. Went to the nearest BB but was totally ignored in the computer section. Me and about 5 other potential customers. One customer complained to the manager who did nothing. Most walked out. Terrible experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Went there to buy a TV and the staff was as unhelpful as they could possibly be. Their tone is such that they are doing you a favor. I requested help and didn’t get any. One guy just mumbled like a fool, ignored me and went to the store entrance, which is were all the staff are assembled. Bizarre. Better off buying on Amazon than deal with such poor customer service.

I came into this best buy location on May 25th 2024 around 3:17pm to trade in my samsung galaxy classic watch 4 for the classic watch 6. I picked up my watch from an best buy associate and then he told me he needed to take my classic watch 4. But I received an email from samsung stating that I was to keep the watch to ship it back to them. I have since came back to this best buy twice in the past 3 days and I have received little to no help on the matter. I explained the situation to samsung and received a extension on the trade in deadline (which is June 17th) Seems like they have miss placed my watch and I will have to pay the additional $200 because of it. Horrible service. Would hate to have to get a lawyer involved.

I understand brick and mortar stores are becoming obsolete, but do have the store look like it. Most best buy stores look somewhat groomed, but the downtown Jersey City store is now giving thrift store vibes. Very thing was either in low quantity or gone.
