I'm new to this pharmacy and everyone there was amazing. The whole pharmacy staff and even the cashier was so helpful and attentive. Such a pleasant experience will definitely be recommending my family and friends here.

Such a great pharmacy. First time using them and had a wonderful experience. Bianca was so kind and helpful. Explained the medications to my elderly mom and explained how and when to take them. Will def be transferring my medications there as well.

The worst pharmacy and experience I have ever had. They don't greet you and stare you down as if you belong there or attempting to steal. You communicate with 3 different individuals that are within 5 feet of each other. While the one furtherest yells
from afar, asking the same information as the 2 previously received. Service is appalling as well as the unwelcoming smell when entering!

My wife and I have been regular customers of this pharmacy for years. We love the owners and the employees. Mr. and Mrs. Singh, Jazmine, Kwon, and Naresh are the friendliest and most helpful people we have known in any drug store in Jersey City. They are the best! We highly recommend doing bysiness there 100%. Ed and Judy.

I'm not very knowledgeable with medications as I've never really had to take any. I've been going to the chiropractor and they've sent me to many different places so I'm a bit confused. The doctor sent my prescription to a pharmacy I've used but turns out they only fill dermatologist prescriptions. The dr tells me to call the pharmacy and have them send it to another pharmacy to make things quicker. I call the pharmacy and they say protocol is the receiving pharmacy should call to retrieve the scripts. I call Bergen ave drugs as it's next to where I live, and explain the situation. I asked them to call SIP ave pharmacy to retrieve the prescription for me and fill it. The man on the phone asked me what the name of the medication was but I was unsure. He said "so you don't know the name?" As if I didn't just say that I didn't know the name of the medication. He went on to say I should find out the name so he doesn't waste his time. So I asked, in disbelief, "so you can't call them to get the prescription for me?" He repeated the fact that it will be a waste of time if I don't know the name. THANKS FOR NOTHING. I told him I'll use a different pharmacy. A waste of time ?!?! I can't believe he said that. I'm sorr, I thought u were paid to be at work, my apologies for trying to get a pain medication filled while I'm at work and in massive pain. I won't ever waste this pharamacys time again. I usually go in there to purchase little things here and there because it's not a chain pharmacy but a neighborhood one, and I like that. but at this point I'd rather go to CVS or Walgreens, they wouldn't think helping me is a waste of time.

Came back on Wednesday of the same week to have my girls pcr tested. Was greeted with the same professionalism Everyone in store was very warm. Bianca (blonde girl from the pharmacy ) explained that they were experiencing delays but were working hard to make sure everyone gets their results. Was a quick experience but efficient.Thank you for making my girls feel comfortable with the process

I took a PCR test here over a week ago and still have not got my test results back. What is even the point of doing these tests when you can’t get your result in a timely manner? It seems like they are doing PCR tests to cash in on funds from the government.

As soon as I walked in everyone was professional and I was greeted by the young blonde girl from pharmacy who walked me over to where I was being tested my test was sanitized and handled everything with caution. She advised me to sanitize our hands and explained how to go about the pcr testing

I've been to here several times to PCR testing with Mr. Kwan. Even though the employee were very busy, all of them were so really kind. Especially thanks to Mr. Kwan, I did PCR test really quickly and successfully. I always grateful for their effort.
