Worst store ever.We ordered 3 matresses and 3 bed frames, "Jennifer" who works there said they will be delivered the next day (sunday). We called her on sunday and she said the delivery guy wouldn't be there until tuesday :). So we sent a truck to get us our stuff from the store but she gave the delivery guy completely different matresses than what we paid for. Avoid this store and Jennifer at all cost.

I ordered 2 pieces of sofa out of which one was not in good condition. One side of it was having faded color and there were 4 dirt marks all over the sofa. Immediately after receiving the set I informed the store that the piece is definitely not new. But they refused to change it. Very bad service. They in fact blamed me that I should have checked it in the store. Earlier I had plans to buy an ottoman from that store which for sure I am not going to buy now. Won’t recommend anyone to buy stuff from there. Worst service i have ever seen.

The person name angel he is so rude and arrogant in nature foesnt respect customer font even give you time to select matress don't even follow his own timing of websites.The other worker Luis and other coworkers is amazing helpI would give 0 stay to this manager and storeHe was even angry as I denied to take wrong matress he charged first n said no return no exchange.

The service and attention at the store was fantastic! I was going to give them 5 stars until the delivery of my chair came. The delivery guys said they could not "install" the chair. They wouldn't take back the box. And, despite that I told the store not to deliver in the morning, they arrived around 11am. If the box would not have been able to fit through the door, they would have just brought in the box and left. Not very customer focused. Too bad since the shop itself was excellent.
