Great location if you work in Hoboken/JC with shuttle access to Path for quick trips into the city. Ideal for both small families and young professionals. Highly recommend.”
“My wife and I have been living there since last August. How do we explain our experience? Simply magic! Could not ask for a better place to live at. Every aspect of the building is well appointed from the apartments to the amenities to the gym. Valet parking is 100% efficient to say. Summers on the chic rooftop is an experience it itself. Every member of the staff are one of the nicest individuals one can meet. They all go above and beyond for the tenants. The old industrial vibe is very inviting . Oh yes, there is Cool Vines downstairs.”
“Been here for half a year and generally pretty happy. Neighborhood isn’t at developed as downtown JC but it’s close to the PATH station so relatively easy to leave the area.
Pro: Amazing service and responsive front desk, things get fixed instantly, etc. Amenities are top notch especially with tower 3 opening.
Cons: speaking of T3… why put a quiet library/study space next to a noisy recreation room with zero sound isolation? Elevator can be slow during the peak hours which can be annoying, especially because there’s no display telling you where the elevator is.”

“5/5 stars best building in jersey city by a landslide. After living here a few year ago and now being back for a work relocation I explored my other options and buildings, while you might find a few others $100 cheaper or so what’s not included in those prices or their competitors hidden additional fees is what makes 65 bay stand apart. I made the last minute call to stick with what I already knew to be great service and a quality experience and 65 bay did not disappoint. In fact my entire lease signing process alone solidified that I made the right call to return and call 65 bay home. Brianna L from their leasing team is simply incredible at her job and customer service. I called on a Monday asked a million plus questions and she ensured I had a fully executed lease in place by end of day Tuesday to ensure I could move in the following Monday - all over a holiday weekend none the less! Brianna truly made my experience returning here everything and more and I can’t wait to move in!”

Madox concierge staff is exceptional. They are the people that truly make this place feel like home. Antonio was the first person I met when I toured the building, and he made a lasting impression. His warm welcome and attention to detail were just the beginning. He is very attentive, always ready with packages, always has a kind word and takes the time to chat, making each interaction enjoyable.
I've also had the pleasure of meeting Pablo and Christine. Their dedication and genuine care make living at Madox a truly nice experience. Their warmth and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the sense of community here.
Before moving in, I saw several reviews mentioning maintenance and water issues, which were concerning. During my second week here, I’ve also received emails about inconsistent hot water service to some apartments. However, I haven't experienced any issues myself. Hopefully, it will stay this way. My unit has a downtown view and is blissfully quiet, contributing to the overall comfort and enjoyment of living here. The neighborhood is lovely and very pet-friendly.”

“Two years at Baker building and we love it. The building is always clean, uplifting music in the lobby. We have great view from all our windows, and no draft at all even we are facing the ocean.Apartments are spacious and beautiful. For me no concierge is even better, less every day chitchatting)))All our neighbors are very sweet, we got to know many. All problems in the unit were always fixed next day.Prices are lower than other buildings around, we still trying to guess why, but in 2 years we couldn’t find anything wrong.If you get an apartment here, you are lucky I think.”

“Nice view, nice staff, super convenient location to Manhattan.But the alarm system of the building is terribly designed. It has been mistakenly triggered too many times. It would happen in the middle of the night, early morning, noon… And it can’t be turned off until the fire department comes.”
