This place is a last resort for me. They take a long time to do drop off. Also the one who Has the baby Who is there in the afternoon has a very nasty attitude. She acts very prejudice. The laundromat on Communipaq and j.F k is more expensive , but at least they do not give you a nasty attitude. I has stopped going there and had to go there recently but after my most recent experience I will not be back.

Acts of kindness. This Laundromat is awesome. I noticed that the lady and the helper work well together. He helps when th the carts and taking items to your car. The facility is a one of a kind. Machine awesome always someone to assist but wanted to mention the guy how always is willing to help.

The best service of all without a doubt, the man who attends speaks in English and Spanish and is super friendly, he takes his time to help you with any questions and is attentive to see if you are missing something to help you, without a doubt the best laundry I have seen so far

I’ve used this laundromat for laundry service for a while where my laundry is picked up and dropped off. The experience was positive for the most part . However there is an immense lack of professionalism and accountability on the owner’s part . Although there is a high driver turnover the drivers for gf most part are decent. However if you complain to the owner about receiving poor service it seems that you are blacklisted. Rather than her attempting service recovery or training laundry staff when something goes wrong it seems customers are penalized .

Definitely need to turn up the heat on the dryers, they are horrible. Take forever to dry your clothes.
