Scam - made us pay twice - asked for a refund, manager said it will appear on credit card statement in 7 business days but never did. Went back and politely asked for explanations but very rudely sent me away - stay away.

Scams please stay away. Our car got into a huge accident so we didn't have any car to park. The accident happened on 4/30 and I visited the next business day on 5/2 to tell my situation and cancel monthly parking, but their "policy" makes you pay for a full month parking before canceling (because you have to cancel 30 days prior and I guess you have to magically predict that you will get into an accident). Please please stay away. Oh and they are very rude too. The workers don't even let you finish your sentence before saying "No, it's the policy" over and over again.

Terrible parking from LAZ Parking. Take advantage of the residents and charge more. Don’t live here. If you have a choice. Garage was poorly built, leaking water and building materials when raining. Tight spots and terrible customer experience. Thank god we moved out.

No signs. Many dead ends. Extremely tight turns. I would rather get towed than park here. It made my life worse.

Really Bad parking lot and they take advantage of residents. The parking fee is more than anyone in the neighborhood, but since they are attached to two towers, they keep increasing rates (even during COVID) and adding fees like there is no tomorrow. Service and equipment are subpar and it is a greedy greedy company. I wish there is an alternative or jersey city cares for its residents and controls these greedy businesses.

Don’t park here if you have anything bigger than a Corolla. Spots are too small and our car has been rammed into multiple times by people trying to squeeze their cars in.

I would give it a zero if I could. I got many items stolen out of my car . Then take no responsibility . Lack of security is sickening for what you pay . The employees are completely useless and unfriendly .

Aweful service. Deceitful business. Never coming back again. Ordered from spot hero; when I left my car , no one asked me for anything, when I came back I got extra charged and the person working , whoever it was , says he was doing me a favor. Never coming Back again

Very bad experience. Lack of security and supervision leading to multiple thefts over the last few years. Parking management has taken no actions to improve security despite charging high rates for parking. Park at your own risk.

Keep raising prices, spots are too tight and almost impossible to pull and out of, my car is always covered in dust and dirt from this lot even the day after a car wash my car looks dirty, they keep adding more reserved spots to make it more expensive and harder for people who don't want a reserved space, overall a very poor experience
