Not open 24 hours. Should probably update your hours instead of leaving people standing outside at 3am wondering why all the lights are on.

Health Hazard ……Most unfriendly staff , they follow you through the store. I was paying at self check out and the older gentleman stood right next to me leaning on the counter with his hands crossed ,then Looked at the screen . I only bought a slice of pizza . They never get anything fixed like that latte machine and never have items you need . They allow people experiencing homelessness sleep in store with no shoes on picking their feet . They allow them to ask for change while opening doors for people . They harass actual customers while letting others do whatever they want .

Today I went for some snacks, I'm tourist and I passed by the store, I'm one of those buyers who takes my time to buy something and even more so when they're not in your own language, not liking anything I decided to leave, but the guy who works there, he treated me so badly, checking my bag, they even wanted to check my jacket, no one had ever looked at me so upset nor had they treated me so badly, I will never go back to a 7 eleven again, ever, terrible!!!!

Reading other reviews makes me feel better about the horrible experience I had on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at approximately 11:00 a.m. I passed by the store on my way to the PATH station after a meeting with a pastor of a nearby church. I had not planned to go into the store because I didn't know it was there, but since it was relatively cold outside I was excited to find it because I figured I could go in and get a cup of coffee. I had my used coffee cup from the 7-Eleven in North Arlington, which I patronize often and never had a problem there, so don't think I have a beef about 7-Eleven stores in general. I like to re-use my coffee cup several times to do my tiny bit to avoid filling landfills and putting more micro-plastics into the environment, so I figured I could use it here. When I went inside, I didn't immediately find the coffee service. I eventually found it, and also found a rack of snack bars and other sweet things, similar to what I find in North Arlington. I am careful about selecting snack bars and sweet things because I try to eat a plant-based diet as much as possible and I am also conscious of things like calorie content. Therefore, I read food labels before buying things to check for ingredients and nutrition information. In the course of all this, a thin, medium-height man who appeared to be of Asian or Middle Eastern descent asked me in a very unfriendly tone, "What are you looking for?" I told him, "I'm just looking," and then I went to the snack-bar rack to try to select something, based on the criteria I laid out above. After I figured out what I wanted, I reached into my insulated lunch bag to pull out my used coffee cup and my wallet, and next thing I knew, this guy was within arm's length of me, claiming that he had seen me put something into my bag. After telling him I had not put anything from the store into my bag, several times, I laid the bag down on the counter and took out my belongings, one by one and showed them to him. I had in there my glasses, my wallet, a hairbrush, a book and my snacks for later in the day. There was nothing in there that I could have taken from 7-Eleven. The only thing in there that 7-Eleven even sells was a HALF-EATEN Nature's Bakery cranberry fig bar package that I had purchased in the North Arlington 7-Eleven two days before. The man then said something like, "Let's leave it" and asked me if I wanted to buy the two items I had selected. I said something to the effect that I had planned to, but wasn't going to now, and left. As I said earlier, I feel better after reading all the reviews of customers going into the store and being followed around, stared at and made to feel uncomfortable. Please understand, I work in retail myself and I am keenly aware of the responsibility to prevent shrink, but this is no excuse to treat someone like a thief and out-and-out say a person is a thief when you have no proof and only your narrow-minded suspicions to go by. Fortunately, I have never been treated like this in any other store, 7-Eleven or anywhere else. That man needs to be talked to. If, in his narrow-minded way, he thought I looked suspicious because it took me too long to find the coffee or the snack bar rack or read the labels, let me share something I learned from working in retail myself. In a situation like that, you go to the customer and ask IN A FRIENDLY WAY, "Hi, can I help you find something?" If he had done this, I would have said something like, "Oh, I was just looking for the coffee," and the whole thing would have turned out differently. By the way, besides not being a thief, I am a giver. I only work part-time at minimum wage, but I donate $10 a month to Doctors without Borders and another $10 a month to New Jersey Together, and I have been a full-time volunteer for most of my adult life. I do not deserve to be treated this way, I am entitled to an apology, and
that man needs to be talked to and educated about his reprehensible behavior.

Let me just say this place is more than a 7/11, it’s a community, it’s a family. Lol, no seriously the owners and workers here a young people who bring in new trendy snacks all the time. They have milk, they have yogurt, icecream, frozen meals, they got all the 7/11 brand hot food too. Place is loaded with cool ppl. Straight up my fav late night smoke and snack spot

Search in a google got 7 Eleven nearby. 15 mint I drove from 1 Greene St. and come here at Journal Square Store. But unfortunately its closed now at 2:30 am. I asked the boy inside and he replied, its closed! But their website and google says 24/7.Anyway I did not see their google reviews and rating before I come here. If I would see then never would come…will not come again. Guys dont go there to waste your time and money too!No thanks

09.28.23This place does a lot of shady, criminal math. The 7 eleven cookies are labeled 2 for $1.49 but they ring up each cookie as $.80 each.Look at my receipt picture.09.02.23To get in you have to get past homeless people begging for change. They allow crazy people to harass customers online.Management is to cheap to pay for security guards. To get out you have to get past homeless people begging for change. The employees are also racist against black people.

Came here for an Uber pick up order, received immense level of prejudice from one of the person working behind the ready to eat chicken section. This dark brown skinny person maintains a dirty stare at me whilst I was in the store and repeatedly followed behind me. He made me feel extremely unsafe being there.

This 711 is actually impossibly bad. Among the things mentioned by other reviewers there are never any cups for drinks and things are constantly out of order, (another commenter from a year ago also mentioned this so I know I’m not just terribly unlucky) I’ve given this 711 like 5 tries because being able to get a slurpee on the way to the train would be so great but trying to set foot in this store Will Ruin Your Day. The prebottled drink and snack options are also iffy, not worth going here vs the Duane Reade.
