What can I say about this building... I love all the residents who live here including all of the pets.. I have been working for this building since they opened it up.. we all had our ups and down but I am always there for my team and my residents.

I've visited many homes but there's something about this place that is exceptionally homely and warm. Favorites: large windows, bright colored walls and floor, beautiful amenities, rooftop with Hudson/ Manhattan views.

Nice place to call home. Elevator service is very secure with key fob only entry. This security is what sold the building to me. Delivery options are fairly strict though and scheduling has proven to be difficult at times. Friendly staff with good amenities.
