Many, many, MANY THANKS to Renee' and Keishon who were persistent in helping find a solution to the delivery of an antique piece of furniture from NJ to FL. This was oversized for their usual jobs, but they did an AMAZING job of packing it and ultimately finding a shipper to handle it. It arrived safely. My father has since passed, and this is a lovely legacy that I will always have. Thank you for your assistance.

The customer service was fantastic. I don’t ever ship packages so I was definitely a little lost on what to do but the guy who helped me was very patient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing and how to best help me which made the process quick and easy!

This ups has gone downhill. Recently they implemented a new system for Amazon returns. It now takes 10x longer to return your Amazon items. Many people are older and don’t understand how to use the machine, or can’t read english well. Even if you don’t have either of these problems, you’re required to scan the return code, find a appropriate sized bag, then you have to wrap your item and essentially close the bag with the label. A lot of this is very anxiety driving especially when you have a long line behind you. Why can’t the workers just do their job instead of making all of us do it? We aren’t UPS workers. I’ve been several other UPS stores and no one else makes you do this. To me it’s very lazy of them. I have not seen one person who appreciates this machine. Total step backwards if you ask me.

This is one of my favorite ups stores. I try and make it a point to go to this one. I love the new amazon machine. Sometimes I'm returning multiple things which i am more then capable of putting in a plastic bag and sticking a label on myself. No need for an employee to take time to do it when they can be helping someone who has a different matter to take care of. I'm always in and out and have never been treated with anything other them curtesy and respect

Been going here for years great place. Even with the change of hands. Now they seem burnt out. One guy rants how he is just more than amazon. He mockingly taught a group of customers, how to use the amazon machine because it's not his job to do just returns. I will admit, I did get loud with the man because he refused to help me when I asked for help. No one was in the store he wasn't busy. Then another time the machine was broke and he kept ranting I need to use the machine. Well, I'm not paid to change printer type and fix amazon machines.

Horrible!! Been a customer for years. The one time I need a 4 inch piece of tape they want to charge me $2.00. Its the new staff that doesn't care about customer loyalty. See ya later Oak Ridge UPS.. Plenty of other stores out there...
