I am writing this review on behalf of my son who has been a customer with Fulton Bank for 20 years. He recently lost his ID which was not always required for him to do his banking. A manager named Alisha decided to not allow him to deposit money in his account. She decided to implement her own policies for my son that were not those of Fulton Bank. He then went to her supervisor who we thought rectified the situation. It only lasted a short time. She has now informed him that she was cancelling his account. Alisha's co workers felt horrible for him and how she was treating him. They gave him her supervisor's number. My son will be speaking to his attorney regarding this issue.

Not very happy with there new hours. They basically shortened their day by one hour in the afternoon. Closed by 4 pm during the week is not very customer friendly. They should be open til 7 pm every weeknight.

The people are helpful the ATM is old school. My personal opinion get a better Bank
