Had to wait 15-20 min to "reboot" their system. Next visit I was overcharged.. first an argument..then they discovered it was their error. Attitude when issuing refund. Not once an "I'm sorry". I'm going elsewhere.

I have three supermarkets that are closer. I'll pass all three to go to ACME in Oak Ridge. Especially during this pandemic, well stocked, clean, and pleasant staff. Produce and meats are always fresh and well stocked.

It's all about the convenience. Great deals on occasion, like buck a bag produce. Prices do run higher though, but I do use the Acme app & it helps. Have had pricing issues on checkout & some dairy products have gone sour prior to expiration date. Cashiers are nice & great deli staff
