Use literally ANYONE besides this financial group. They will destroy you, your credit, and everything you stand for. They have no respect and take illegal short cuts everywhere. Well, illegal until their thousands of attorneys spin the truth to make it sound legal.

If this is the only loan company offering to spot you, then I'd suggest doing without a vehicle. They have the worst customer service team in America and couldn't care less. Almost all loan companies are money hungry, but this one will make you sell your arm and leg to pay for something extra that you didn't even know was in the contract. Disgusted by this company.

I can’t imagine these horrible reviews of this company, but then these people would be in contact with “customer service” because they’ve not made their monthly payment. I have a 72 month loan on a Lexus with them and the old fashioned customer service they provided me was priceless.

One year after I returned a leased vehicle, they claimed I owed $3,000, due to damage to the car. I am an honest person, who had pictures, letters from my mechanic. There was not $3000 worth of damage to that car. I couldn't afford to take off from work and fight them in court. They sued me, and then I believe THEY had ****** *** call, pretend they would represent me, fight my case. I paid them $700 for them to settle for the full price. They are truly a disgraceful company.

The worst company and people to deal with. They tell you one thing then another thing comes in the mail. I would never suggest anyone using this company. They have the worst customer service to deal with and harass you. If I could give them no stars I would.

Great experience with Susquehanna Bank, after they were sold and I started dealing with the next institution I'll let the 1 star speak for itself.

Never had such a difficult time turning in a lease as I did with this bank. Overly aggressive with the excessive wear charges to the point of being dishonest. Would not use this bank again for a car lease

Had a terrible customer service experience with Haan financial. After making all of my monthly payments on 2 leases over the course of 3+ years, there was a discrepancy on damages after lease return. After speaking with the settlement folks they agreed to email me images of damages in order for the settlement to be paid. Weeks and months passed and no email was received. After receiving letters from collection agencies months later I was finally sent the images I had previously requested, reviewed them, agreed and settled the balance. During this time my credit has been damaged due to their failure to send the agreed upon email in a timely manner. When speaking to Haan I was told that my conversation never took place, was politely called a liar and was told there was nothing they could or would do at this point. As I will never use or refer their services I would advise please stay away from this company at all costs. Not worth the headache.

I would rather walk to work or take a bus for the rest of my life than finance another vehicle through this company. I have leased cars forever and never dealt with a company as unhelpful and uncommitted to customer service as this. They got out of the leasing game because you can't find anyone who had a positive experience. I am sure the same is true of their financing business. Haan should also send Mike and Tom back to Customer Service school before they drive away even more customers.

So my situation is kind of funny but annoying. I used Hann Financial but never really even realized I had them until I returned my jeep. I was at the Jeep dealership and got into another Jeep. The salesman kind of warned me that Hann financial is not doing leases as a company anymore, so they may charge me the disposition fee even though it is typically waived if you get into another Jeep and use the same lender. So two months go by and I receive a call from Hann Financial looking for payment for the disposition fee. I say to him "but I got into another Jeep why am I being charged"? He was like "oh see you didn't use Hann so unfortunately we then charge you the fee." I'm like laughing at tHis point like oh really that's funny because we tried to use you guys and you don't provide customers a leasing service anymore? The customer rep geTs upset and just says "well you signed a contract you have to pay" I would fight it longer and prolong it but it's just not worth the headache or the possibility of getting put in collections for $450. I would just say I would never use them or recommend them just based off of the way they handled it. simple customer service goes along way even if they didn't assist or help with the fee they could've explained it better or not lied and said that if I would've used them I wouldn't of gotten charges when they don't even provide the service anymore. Oh yeah and they did have a manager call me back who was absolutely useless and a waste of everyone's times.

Hann should be avoided at all costs. The reviews are true-they bill for services they do not perform and there is little recourse after the fact.

scam artist company. leased a car and they have a 3rd party pick up with no inspection. a few months later I get a bill for $4000 in wear charges. they finally settled with my lawyer for $1250. So I still got robbed and had to pay lawyer too. USE CAUTION!

I have to say that I was extremely nervous reading these reviews. Well I just turned in my car and I was not charged a penny for wear and tear, etc. This was a car that was parked on the street in Queens, NY 5 days a week taboot. 4 stars instead of 5 because they have a lease disposition fee, however I agreed to that when I signed the lease. I can only conclude that all of these dissatisfied reviews are people who a) wore the heck out of their cars or b) were way over mileage. I got a lease condition report as insurance but had not even sent it to Hann when they told me there were no additional charges.

I cannot give this business even a portion of a star...as a star represents shining light and goodness honesty and integrity and my experience with them was totally contrary. Save yourself regret, grief, and loss of time and LOTS of MONEY. Be sure to ask lots of questions and to research the vin # of any used vehicle anywhere via Carfax, Auto Check, and there is another one online that gives amazing details for FREE. Jim didn't like all the questions that I was asking. He tried to be evasive and avoid giving me the info that I was seeking. He graciously told me that I should go buy a car elsewhere. Thanks be to the God in Heaven who helped me to ask the right questions and for causing that unscrupulous man to tell me that I would be making a huge mistake by buying a car from them. LOL! Just as another lady said that their cars look great on the outside, but buyer beware, your bank account will belong to a mechanic somewhere.
