“I go in a lot drop off packages when I sell stuff on Mercari. The staff are polite, quick, and much more friendlier than anyone I've interacted with at the local Milltown post office. I would highly recommend going here if you're looking to to drop off any packages.”

“I walked in and inwardly groaned as the line was long. I shouldn’t have judged right off the bat because the two employees working there were fast, knowledgeable, pleasant and kept the line moving effortlessly.
Most of the people in line had Amazon returns, but a few needed items shipped. The employees navigated these transactions with ease.
This will be my go to UPS store when in the area as they are on it!”

“I am so thankful for Kathy Felton at the Helmetta post office. The whole staff was super nice but Kathy was truly the best. I had a problem with transferring documents and had a very bad experience with a post office in Sayreville that I was not getting any help resolving until I met Kathy at the helmetta post office. Kathy was very Knowledgeable and straightened out the problem I had in Sayreville. She went above and beyond for me, was super nice and really took the time to explain everything that was going on to me and how to take care of the problem. It is very rare to come across a person and business that are so caring and helpful they are the best and Kathy is a great person.”

Carbonated bottle (Soda Stream) recycle program. Amazon drop-off/pick-up. Host of Business Services such as secure discard services. All to say great customer service and employees who are accommodating for the wide range of ages who frequent the store. 11/10 :)”

I hope these people can stop the transaction before sending it to wherever the client is, in case they stop this transaction I will update to 5 stars.Update: After the weekend I contacted them, gave them the USPS tracking number of the shipment to them, and they said they will hold the shipment, and contact me once it arrives, in order to see what we do from there.”
