The best was as soon as I completed the process online I received a call from the office manager at Extra Storage to welcome me and go over any questions or concerns I might have. “I have been a customer for almost two years and never had any issues. The storage facility is clean and safe, temperature of the climate controlled units was always adequate. The front desk lady is very helpful and straightforward. The rent wasn’t raised for the amount of time I had the unit and I got my deposit back right away after I moved out.
