this cvs pharmacy is probably one of the worst pharmacy's you could EVER go to, RUSHIC (who calls himself a pharmacist) or how ever you spell his name is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful he smells like sh$t and looks like he doesn't know what he is doing! I hope no one ever has to ever encounter anyone as pathetic as him. they have the worst customer service ever. They will never be getting any service from me and anyone i know that is for sure!

pharmacy drive through line takes a ridiculously long time. the whole point is for sick people NOT to go inside, and yet everyone ends up getting off the line and going inside after waitng for a half hour with zero movement. ridiculous

This location seemed very dated to me. Not much staff around to assist, pharmacy on a few occasions told me 20 minutes to wait on a prescription, that turned into 40-45 minutes each time.

They should get rid of the drive-thru if they cannot service it. I had to wait one whole hour in the drive thru line at cvs. You might be wondering, how long was the line.. 50, 30, 25 ? ... nope. There were 5 cars ahead of me... that's it. 5 it took them one hour to service 6 customers. I would have been better off making the drug myself at home from ingredients around the house at this rate. My recommendation, do not go in their drive thru line. They don't know what they're doing.

Been in line for the drive thru for 45 minutes already with no end in sight. Only 3 cars when I came and the last car took 25 minutes. This is insane!!!

EDIT: If you should find yourself blown away by the exceptional customer care from this team, remember to fill out the survey on your receipt so that their hard work is acknowledged where it counts!! I called the pharmacy at to ask for assistance filling an rx that my doctor had called in but was not being reflected in my scheduled pickups. The pharmacist Michelle was kind, efficient about looking up my profile, and (despite the late hr) cheerfully encouraged me to come pick up as the order would be ready in less than 15 mins. Once I arrived, another wonderful pharmacist named Hope with the help of her supervisor (whose name I didn't get, I'm sorry!) assisted me in making sure that my GoodRx discounts had been applied to each and every prescription, and was also cheerful and kind despite the fact that the discount process took longer than expected. We even commiserated about Easter candy (and how it's truly lucky from a health standpoint that one can only find the most delicious kinds once a year)! I left feeling so fortunate that I'd chosen this location to have my prescriptions filled. Thank you to this team for your patience, bravery, and dedication during these frightening times, and thanks so much for doing it with empathy and humor.

The pharmacy says they're open until 9 but both the pick up window and counter were closed before then. Ridiculous to be told you have a certain time to pick up necessary medicine and the pharmacist decides they can leave whenever they want. Awful way to treat people.

Went in yesterday to see if I can switch my script from the Applegarth location to here. No problem with Applegarth but it's further from from where I live and I don't pass by on the way home from work anymore. The pharmacist was extremely friendly and told me it wasn't a problem. Told me it would be 5 minutes so I waited. Wasn't even a 5 minute wait, he got medication ready right away. So far I'm pleased with this location.

Unreal, I switched over my RX over a month ago for mail order multipacks. I receive a confirmation email, and when I call today in regards to where the prescriptions are, nothing has been processed. Now, I'm told I can go to the CVS and pick up the prescriptions this month and the RX will be mailed next month. I thought switching to be more local with my order would be better, obviously I was wrong.

Other reviews here are spot on. The store is good the, pharmacy is terrible. Stinks because close to where I live but moving to Applegarth and hoping for a better experience. Seems like they could use some more staff or better training at this location.

1 star is generous. The employees whether it's at the pharmacy or up front here appear to always be in a bad mood and have the worst people skills and customer service. When you speak to someone at the pharmacy they act as if you (the customer) is bothering them from talking to each other and the male pharmacist is one of the rudest people you will encounter. The older lady at the register will not greet you and she will not even hand the receipt to you she will rip it off the register and let it fall on the counter. I placed and order for pictures and they gave me the wrong pictures and had no idea where and who they gave pictures of my daughter too. I try to avoid this place by all means.

My Doctor ordered brand name metformin known as Glucophage as it seems to work better than generic. CVS said no problem will have it next Monday .. go in several times still on order .. speak to Pharmacist on duty says it will be in following Monday said price is $112. Keep checking 2 weeks pass and CVS says it cannot be obtained. Ok tell them give me generic they fill it but only give me 30 days supply perscription is for 90 days .. they tell me since they can't get Brand they are filling from old subscription which only has 30 pills left. This is incredible stupid and annoying no problem with Health Care no wonder US is #37 and dropping. Will be taking my business to less chaotic and cheaper full service Pharmacy like Costco.
