I had a new washer and dryer delivered today . Keith and Rubin were very efficient they worked great as a team . Keith and Rubin did an amazing job hooking up the appliances and taking out the old ones. Very happy with purchase and delivery.

My refrigerator died today and with it being older it wasn’t worth fixing. I needed a new one as quick as possible. When I called Better Living to inquire about their refrigerators John was extremely helpful and let me know that if they had the refrigerator in stock they could deliver it the next day. When I went in to see the refrigerators myself, John continued to be helpful and answered all of my questions that I had as he was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient with me as I had two of my children with me. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores but the service is outstanding, unlike what you would get at those stores. Wish I bought my other new appliances there!

We ordered a new refrigerator; Ken made the process smooth and easy. When the delivery was delayed, Ken called us right away and scheduled a new delivery date. Kenneth and Tony arrived bright and early, and the new refrigerator was installed without a hitch. They were consummate professionals, making sure that the delivery and installation process went smoothly. I would highly recommend Better Living!

Just purchased 4 new appliances from Better Living and we couldn't be happier! The sales people in the store are so helpful and knowledgeable and are aware of stock issues and delays. The delivery and installers were excellent as well. John was wonderful and so was Ruben!! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Great experience! We had major issues with Lowe’s delaying our refrigerator delivery for weeks then finally they tried to deliver a damaged fridge. Thankfully Better Living got us a great price with next day delivery. Couldn’t be any happier. Thank you!

Rubin & Mike delivered our new GE Profile refrigerator yesterday. Such professional guys & the best store to buy any appliances. Wouldn't even think of using a big box store after dealing with these guys for the past few years. Excellent set-up, great store & great price to boot.

I recently visited small Appliance shops, looking for a dishwasher replacement. After doing some homework w/online research and reviews, I had narrowed down options. This was my first visit to Better Living. You first walk in and was pleasantly greeted and I got an "ACE hardware feel" of the store. I had spoken to Mike the night before by phone. He has a great ease and full knowledge of different brands. What a pleasure! I also had a chance to speak to installer as he happened to be in the shop at the time. He sealed the deal for me. (FYI-He's a contractor for the store.). Also he was meticulous and knowledgeable during the installation process. I gave 4 stars as it's not a fair evaluation until a year goes by. I would recommend this shop!
