“An amazing experience from start to finish. Even before I set foot in the dealership, they kept in communication, confirming the appointment several times. The morning of the appointment, they confirmed again and confirmed that the specific vehicle was still in inventory.
When I arrived, I could see that my specific vehicle was in the cute little camping and doggie display. When I told my sales rep that it was the car I wanted, she leapt into action, drove the vehicle out of the display, and got me into it for a test drive.

The dealership itself is so comfy, with a quiet room for waiting and working, another waiting room with TV, plenty of snacks and coffee and tea. I'm not a pet owner but was impressed by their pet area and amenities.
Service department seems to run like a well-oiled machine. The largest number of female employees I've ever seen at a dealership, in all departments, (although I didn't see the mechanics).
My great experience continued through to the Finance Office, where Nancy was clear at explaining everything, didn't push any extras on me too hard, but explained all my options in clear language and without rushing.
Every single person I encountered was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I loved Katie's enthusiasm down in service, as I admired her Subie ink and we laughed and compared photos of all our previous Subarus.

“If I had to sum up this dealership in three words, they'd be quality service, respect, and honesty.
From the get-go, my salesman, Jonathan Chan, was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns and gave me all the details of the car I was interested in (which I eventually purchased). Together with Chris Hreiz at the finance department, they worked out a price that was within my budget which I appreciate given that I am in college. There were no hidden fees; Chris and John were transparent from the start.
I had to get the car serviced for a brake job, and I used their service department. Great quality service as well! They employ knowledgeable mechanics who know the ins and outs of cars, and I am very happy with their work! While I was waiting for my car to be ready, Justin at the service department took good care of me and offered to have someone drive my dad and me to a place for lunch. I was also offered a loaner vehicle.

“Best Automotive Repair Shop on the East Coast.Over the last 25 years or so, I have used Karl Mey's five times for the typical ding and dent repairs needed before I turned in my leased vehicles to the dealer. These repairs were always done perfectly and on time.Recently my wife's car was badly damaged by an older driver who lost control of his vehicle. I was very concerned that because of the amount of damage to her car that my auto insurance company would total the vehicle and I would be stuck having to pay the leasing company a significant amount of money to close out the lease.I had the car towed to Karl Mey's, and Jack and his crew after reviewing the damage and working with my insurance company, worked out a plan to repair the car. Several weeks later, I picked up the car and it was better than new. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that it just came off the dealer's showroom floor. That's how good the repairs were. During the time that the work was done, Jack kept me informed as to what was being done to the car and answered all my questions.I am very pleased with the work done on my wife's car. “I was driving through Howell Township on route 9 a few days ago. All of a sudden my car started to buck and lose power. I pulled over to the side of the road and could not get my car started. When it happened I was on the phone with my friend, Tom Sawyer.Tom told me, he does the website for a towing and that they are a really nice people and it’s a really good towing company. He gave me the number and I called them. They were there in 15 minutes. That was awesome. The last time I had my car towed it took an hour and a half for the tow truck to arrive. The driver from executive was a really nice guy, very professional, and knew what he was doing. I drive a 1984 Corvette and the last guy that towed it wanted to load it onto the flatbed rear end first, which would probably rip the front and off. He almost gave me a heart attack when he insisted that it had to be loaded rear in first. I had to tell him you don’t load a Corvette in from the rear and don’t even think about trying it with my car. He was clueless. The guy from Executive towing knew exactly what he was doing. We talked for about a half an hour while he drove us to the Chevy dealer in Old Bridge. He was very knowledgeable and knew more about my car than I did. When you own a 39-year-old Corvette with 137000 miles on it you’re probably used to getting it towed. It’s just part of owning an old car. I definitely am. This was the best most professional tow experience I can remember. I highly recommend Executive Towing & Collision Morganville in New Jersey.Service: Car towing”
