“I had hit a deer at high speed so I needed a lot of the front end replaced. I have never needed to use a body shop before so I was at the mercy of recommendations and internet searches. I called places that told me it would take a least a month, or couldn’t even see me for a month, and then I found this place - and I really wish I had called them first.
I spoke to Louis on the phone and explained to him what the situation was. The first thing he said to me after I finished was “are you alright?” I was instantly sold. This is the only body shop I called where they actually asked me if I was alright, and not “yeah we can do that” or “bring it in.” It was so unbelievably nice to have a real human interaction with someone.
I am unnecessarily over-obsessive with my car, but it came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Patrick and Louis are so easy to communicate with and they kept me well informed throughout the whole process.
I highly recommend; 5 stars doesn’t seem like just quite enough.”
“I have an old car, and the front bumper had come loose on one side. I called Bill to see if they could fix it, and he was incredibly pleasant, asking me to bring the car in for a look. When I arrived, Bill attended to me right away and got to work.
Since my car is quite old, the traditional screws weren’t working, but Bill used some creative solutions to secure the bumper. He also noticed the fender liner was hanging down and took care of that as well, which involved some time spent working underneath the car.
Once everything was fixed, I asked Bill how much I owed him. He only asked for $10 to cover supplies, but I insisted on paying more given the effort and creativity he put into the repairs. He politely refused to charge extra. I didn’t have cash, and when I offered my credit card, he told me not to worry about it. I insisted again, happy to pay more for such great service, but he simply said he was glad to help and didn’t want to charge anything.
I was pleasantly surprised by his generosity. It seems like a fantastic shop with wonderful people who truly care about their customers.”
“Executive Collision (Englishtown location) was wonderful to deal with! I hit a deer. It took out half my grill and did engine damage. I am new to the area and didn’t know where to take my car. Executive Collision was recommended by my insurance company and I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised! Anthony Jr was a gentleman, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The shop kept me updated on the repairs and my car was ready on the date they promised. The car looks brand new like nothing happened! They even washed my car and tire-shined the tires! Highly recommend this shop if you need their services!”

Howie and Madeline are a class act!
Everything about my experience was smooth.
I had two louvered/opening windows put in my van:
- one a replacement for a non-opening window behind the driver, -- and the other in the door which needed to be cut out.
- In addition to this I also had them install a ceiling fan.
From the moment I got there to the end, Howie was no B.S..
He got me right in and escorted me to the waiting area.
Both Howie and Madeline checked on me several times to see if I needed anything to drink etc.
It was pretty much a whole day install job, but it was done perfectly.
I also ordered their running boards last summer and had them shipped to my home in Florida and installed them myself which was a breeze thanks to the packing instructions, and online video!
As other's have said, enough cannot be said about this business, we are lucky to have them!
