It's Dec 2022 why is it still "appointment only" to go into the bank? Sometimes you just don't know when you will need to go into the bank last minute, like when you have a cash deposit and the ATM says "not accepting cash deposits", or how about access to my safe deposit box. Time to find a new bank.

If I can give a negative star for this one and the WF Bank on route nine and County I would! this is the second WF Bank I drove to and the lobbies are closed so I can’t get my money! The pandemic is over we can have public places open!

Terrible customer service. They called my 94 year old mother today and said she's a risk and closed her accounts, advising her to move her money from WF. She called last week because of unusual check activity. Someone washed a 50$ check of hers changing it to $6,000. She did all the right things like contacting the back and closing the account. opening a new one. She's been a customer for over 40 years. I called today about the call she received advising her that WF would be terminating services to her. I was on hold for 2 hours with WF Risk Protection department. After they answered, they put me on hold and the call was terminated. They suck!!!!

I actually called the Wells Fargo corporate office on an employee at this location. I made the appointment online and the representative called me back to confirm . We discussed my reason for needing an appointment, which was that I am the personal representative for an estate account , which is a restricted depository ( court blocked account). It was also an in the notes when I made the appointment, that this is the kind of account that I will be needing to close. When I arrived at the appointment on Saturday, she tried to get to keep the account open, and I had to explain to her again , that all the money is being distributed to the beneficiaries and I needed to close it. When she opener the file, she announced that it being the restricted depository, she could not help me because the legal department was closed on Saturday . So why have me schedule the appointment on Saturday since that is the case? It was a huge waste of time and I have beneficiaries waiting on their money. Her name is Lisa McCollum. I have been to Wells Fargo locations in Georgia and Florida for the same situation and always been treated professionally . This was a total case of don't know , don't care. I would give this location zero stars if I could .

The tellers are all super nice and friendly. Service with a smile. And the officers behind the desks were super helpful when I needed some transactions done.

It was quite few years ago when I went there to open a checking account, but the banker, without having my consent, opened additional savings account for me, which I noticed and realized few weeks later. It wasn’t a harmful event to me, but untruthful and dishonest business practice. Fast forward to the recent visit, they don’t even honor a statement print out, saying I need to pay extra for it.
