Customer service is perfect, they speak Spanish And everyone is very friendly, excellent service.

This is the second time this ATM is out of service.

It's Dec 2022 why is it still "appointment only" to go into the bank? Sometimes you just don't know when you will need to go into the bank last minute, like when you have a cash deposit and the ATM says "not accepting cash deposits", or how about access to my safe deposit box. Time to find a new bank.
